En una ocacion vi cuando dos de su segurida golpeaban a un cliente que solo pedia las llaves de su carro para irse. En el video y foto adjunta, uno de los security tomo fotos de mis amigos sin autorizacion. Sabemos que ustedes mismos llaman a la grua para remolcar los carros de sus clientes que NO QUIEREN usar su servicio de valet parking. En otra ocasion, cuando ustedes cobraban $11 de parqueo, un amigo dejo su carro Hyundai con su equipo. Al salir de las instalaciones de Tempo, dicho carro habia sido robado y ustedes y su equipo negaron cualquier responsabilidad. Desde entonces aprendimos, gracias a Wingstop, que ustedes no tenian/tienen ningun derecho de cobrar parqueo en dichas instalaciones. This is an overpriced bar with no parking, they charge $18 cover fee per person plus $20 for "valet" parking, the entire shopping center parking is for valet, so greedy. Also forget about street parking, all the area is extreme busy and people park their cars for long hours. The securities of the bar are always trying to take as much money possible from customers. So there are better bars options to go in town, I don't recommend this place at all. read more

We always have a great time at Tempo, free before 9pm on Saturdays, and free from 3 to 4pm on Sundays. It's always nice to be have a good time on a Sunday early afternoon, we enjoy the patio as well, the shows are always fun, we always enjoy Maritza, she's so funny!! Club Tempo (SMH). I have more questions about their management and the people they hire to work outside as security in the parking lot, than anything else regarding this business. All I can say, is thumbs up on the decor improvement I saw from the door . The ambiance for a hole in the wall bar , is ok. Tonight I stopped by to grab a beer from Club Tempo and after to order some food from Sabores before heading home from work after a long day at work. Upon parking , I went to the door of Club Tempo and was rubbed down thoroughly by the security. Upon completion of the rub down , I was approached by the parking attendant who demanded a 9 dollar parking fee in order to enter the bar. He was rude , he told me I was lying about my plans , he went back and forth to Sabores restaurant to see if I had placed an order and told me that he doesn't need my business. Pay the parking fee or leave. I asked to speak to the Clubs Manager but all three security guards were hesitant to go get the manager for me to share my experience with. I then went over to Sabores Restaurant to share my experience with the parking and let them know that they need to address this problem as it will kill their business. The parking attendant is the problem, demanding a cash payment of $9 on a slow night . Quite a disturbing experience for a Monday night that is slow . The parking lot was empty , the club seems empty as well. You would imagine that they would have been more inviting an understanding to let me do my business with them. It's sad when the first person at a night club is completely rude for it kills the business and turns away patrons. As a shared parking lot , it's also killing the business of the other businesses in the plaza. In this struggling economy where cost is going up , this night club needs to train their front of the house staff to be more professional. Hire people that will add to the face of the business not take away from it . I do not recommend going to this plaza at all to do business, the situation in the parking lot will be a turn off . Sabores restaurant is just another Latin restaurant and certainly not worth paying a $9 parking fee just to get their food. Club Tempo is certainly not a cheap spot either , after all the fees they charge just to enter the club is ok but to have such rude employees to deal with , I highly suggest going somewhere else where professionalism and customer service is priority. Management needs to look into better training the staff to be more professional. Management needs to understand that people want to be treated with respect and have a good experience at the establishment . I do not recommend going to this spot at all. Sadly I cannot give ZERO STARS. Do not go here for the HOLLYWOOD RED CARPET experience. The staff pretends not to speak English when they treat you horribly. The service they provide does not aligns with the prices they charge. Emphasizing only cash payment. The entire establishment is questionable regarding taxes that they are probably not paying and to the type of employees they are hiring. Not recommended! read more

this nightclub has been around a long time. They have plenty of space for special events and a wonderful dance floor. Sometimes they might use the upstairs. I haven't been there in a while. I hope to check it out. I didn't speak Spanish when I first went there, but it's wonderful to watch Latin dance, and, just get to know the crowd they're very kind. I been coming for years. Don't get me wrong, when the nights good, it gets really good! But a cover charge of $15-$20? The place is run down, it's never been remodeled. The drinks, unless you buy beer, drinks are weak. And the bartender upstairs, the older dark one, makes the drinks with his back towards you. He never makes them in front of you. I try to go at least every other month, only because I know I'll be dropping $200. It's expensive and not all worth it. Either get rid of the cover charge, or sell cheaper drinks. 1. Dark and dated inside. You have DJ lighting hanging from ceilings by it's wire. Restroom stinks of urine like it hasn't been clean for days/weeks (Owner show some pride in your club, place looks like a dump) keeping it dark doesn't hide the blemishes. 2. It does not get much better than Tempo for an down to earth Latino gay bar with 90% very masculine men, very few ladies and some straight couples looking for a fun time. Always nice to have a gay mans bar without a bunch of out of control girls trying to covert the gay boy. I am sure I will take some heat for the following... I don't mind the occasional girl in the bar, but many WEHO bars have a problem with the girls taking over the bar for bachelorette parties, girls nite out, etc. Ladies, when a gay guy goes out for the night, we usually don't want to be surrounded by drunk girls starved for attention. This has is about the best bar in LA area for the gay Latino crowd of all ages. If you are looking for a fancy WEHO with pretty plastic boys, this is not the place for you. Tempo has 3 dance floors, 1 with live music (not usually the best bands but quite popular), A 2nd floor playing the latest Pop and Latin Music and a 3rd dance floor on the second level alternating between Latin music and drag shows. There is also a patio on the second level serving decent tacos to settle your drunken stomach before leaving for the night. The staff are most always very friendly. Prices are very fair for Hollywood. The bar is always packed and the line to get in can get very long very early. Usually have to get there by 9 to get in by 10:30. Friday, Saturday and Sundays are the best nights. The bars in Tempo are very busy. Order 2 drinks at a time or you will be spending a lot of time in line for a drink. Have not really had an opportunity to figure out the midweek crowd. The photos on Yelp do not do this place justice. Tempo is absolutely packed with hot men after about 9pm on weekend nights. Remember to get there early or you will be in the long line around the parking lot for quite a while. All in all, a fun bar with a great crowd. read more
