Unfortunately, I'm going to have to write this review. We hired Mario and Luigi to come at a specific hour for my sons 6th birthday. Five min before scheduled time I called to make sure everything was OK, I was told that they were close by. Five min later, I get a call saying they were 20 min away. Characters did not show up until 45 min after the scheduled time. I had specifically scheduled that time because my son had his baseball team come to his party before a game... most of his friends left before the characters came. You could imagine how this would be disastrous for a child I will never hire them again, I wish it would have been a different experience for my child.
