He said you have to talk to him first on the phone, but every time I called I had to leave a voice message, he said he gets right back right away & it says that online, but that was not my experience, he was yelling and almost cursing, this is not a good environment, he said he was the owner, & he does the work he wants to do, if he's really the owner, he should be ashamed at how he treated a potential customer.

I told them thanks but no thank, that I would take care of it, so I did. I replaced the grommet, filled the reservoir and works fine. NOTHING is wrong with the pump. Did I mention they charged me 175.00 for diagnostics? I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership and then expect them to provide honest warranty service.

They towed my car .5 miles and they had my car less than 4 hours. Charged $320 to get it out. They lied and said my property manager called and had them tow my car, when my property manager wasn't even on property that day. Then they lied and said I was illegally parked and that the fire Marshall said he can't turn around right there, in parking spaces. I called the fire Marshall and he said that was a lie and he has never said anything like that or instructed them to tow people from right there for any reason. Also mind you, there is no signage saying it's a fire zone or an emergency zone or a tow away zone or a no parking zone. They are legal parking spaces. They then told me the only way to get my car out would be to have my property manager call them and tell them to bring it back. So I called my property manager back and she did just that. She called them and told them they illegally towed a resident from an area THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN TOLD BY MY PROPERTY MANAGER MULTIPLE TIMES TO STOP TOWING FROM THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE ACTUALLY PARKING SPACES, but yet they towed me anyways. I was only parked for 15 minutes while unloading my freaking groceries out of my car and carrying them upstairs with my child. After my property manager called them they said that they never told me to have her call them to release my car. She said well this is my resident and you need to give me our options to get her car back since y'all took it without permission (BECAUSE MIND YOU THEY HAVE TO HAVE HER PERMISSION AND HER PERMISSION ONLY TO TOW ANYONE OFF THE PROPERTY AT ALL FOR ANY REASON) and they told her that there is nothing they will do and they're keeping my car anyways and I have to come pay just like everyone else. When I finally arrived, I called them all out on their lies and when calling my property manager and putting her on speaker phone with them after they told me she never spoke with them, they backtracked and lied again. Even with her on the phone. She was so mad she was screaming at them and they were coming up with more lies and lies. All of the employees there are super rude and disgusting people. They all turned their backs like scared men when called out and confronted with the truth of their lies. When I finally got my car out of the car (ALSO KNOW THEY CHARGE YOU $2 TO PRINT OFF PROOF OF INSURANCE) I drove out of the yard super fast because I was mad and rightfully so... never came close to causing any harm to any of them... I had to pull around to the front of the building to grab my 12 year old daughter from my parents and one of the employees then parked his truck behind me trying to purposely prevent my daughter and I and becoming a hostage situation. My parents then intervened when they told the tow company how they were being gross and towed my car while I was unloading groceries and because of them towing me ILLEGALLY AND STILL CHARGED US was not able to be with my 19 year old son who was having his second emergency brain surgery in 4 months and has a very rare and aggressive brain cancer. Once told that, the employee moved his car but told another employee DYLAN to then chase and follow my daughter and I home to intimidate us and threaten us. ALL AROUND FREAKING DISGUSTING SORRY EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT THEYRE DOING TO PEOPLE AND FEEL TOO GOOD DOING IT, EVEN TO THEIR OWN LOCALS. This is my experience. Had heard good things about Bubba's Automotive. Went in and talked to them…read more(9-08) about working on my vehicle. Gave them all the details and also told them I was not in any rush for the vehicle. They scheduled work to start on 9-15. Dropped off vehicle on 9-11. Went in on 9-22 (day 8) to check on status. When asked, the owner got annoyed that I was even asking the question. He accused me of trying to rush the job. Again, I said that I was not in a rush for the vehicle, I just wanted to be kept informed on its status. Went in again on 11-3 (day 50) to verify they still had my phone number, (had heard nothing from them). The owner told me nothing had been done on my vehicle. I got a call on 11-14 (day 64) that the vehicle was ready. I went in on 11-17 (day 67) to pick it up. Paid the bill  ($1425.00) and went out to the vehicle. It started but it had a miss. Shut off and started it again, still missing. Went back in and told the owner of the miss. His response was "So?". I told him that the vehicle was not  roadable. He said "I got it running so now you want me to do a full tune-up?". Again, I told him it has to be roadable. He then brought up that , per him, I had tried  rushing the job. If 67+ days to do a job is "Rushing", then I am guilty. As of 1-9 (day 120 ) , I have heard nothing and the "Rushed job" is still not complete.  Please draw your own conclusion.
