It was…read moreraining and I literally just got done with filling out a police report for a hit and run my vehicle was in, I was on my way home and all of a sudden I had gotten a flat tire as of my day couldn't get any worse I so happened to pull off the road into Just Tires & Wheels to safely get off from traffic. I get out to try and see what tire it is so I know which one needs to be fixed and I had asked him if I could borrow a air pressure gauge because I didn't have one. A simple $2 thing at orilleys. And I had gone inside drenched in rain and he said "buddy you need a mask if your gonna be inside" I said I'm sorry I don't have one I've just came from outside and got a flat. He said well maybe you can go around back outside and use the out back. So I moved my vehicle out back and I was outside and I stepped out of my vehicle and he yelled at me " if your gonna be in my SHOP! Then you need to wear a mask". I replied "Sir I'm sorry I wasn't even supposed to stop somwere I've just had bad luck all I'm asking is to borrow a tire gauge" and he was reluctant to help me. Even tho we were outside in the open not in a building and I would not be near him. So thanks to him I drove further down the road with a flat in the rain to delay my tire being fixed. I would not recommended to my enemy.

I live in Angleton so I went to the Angleton location after I got off of work @5 to have them look at my tire I possibly ran over a nail and needed my tire to be plugged . I was told I needed to schedule an appointment so I scheduled the next day for 6pm to come in after I pick up my daughter from daycare . When I came in for my appointment I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment because they cannot look at my tire . I understand when businesses are busy and cannot get to you right before closing hours . But for them to have me schedule an appointment for the next day and still not at least look at my tire is very disappointing. I am a single mother and I work 8 am- 5 pm weekdays in the Houston area . The fact that I bought 4 brand new tires with 60,000 mile warranty and I'm having to put air in my tire every time I go somewhere until I can have someone look at it is very disappointing. Firestone has officially lost my business next time I buy new tires I will take my money elsewhere.
