Truly absolutely amazing service and work! My husband and I had to come to New York last minute to clean out my Uncle's townhouse. They were super personable, efficient and attentive. Six guys arrived and parked the dump truck in a very precarious space that was difficult to access for even regular parking. They got to work immediately, communicated every step of the way, asked questions when needed, and even put aside valuables that they found amongst my Uncle's things, including jewelry and collectibles. I've never used a service like this before and all I can say is they set the bar for what I expect if I ever need a service like this again. They do everything. They're also going to rip out the carpets and come back and do a deep clean. They will even washed clothing and linens and bring them back to you if needed, even though I didn't need that service. They put aside anything that was salvageable in clear bags. Truly respectful and handled everything with care. So thankful that they handled my Uncle things in this way. Great job guys! read more

This company is the most amazing people I have ever met! We had to clean out my Aunt's Manhattan apartment and it was a real struggle. Lots of clothing and garbage due to hoarding. Bonnie was so helpful. She is part owner and she helped my sister and I sort through things. The guys were so nice!! They were helpful and so honest. They made what was a hard few days not seem so bad! They cleaned the entire apartment in 3 days including ripping out the kitchen cabinets and appliances. They were worth every penny!! Contacted this company for a major decluttering and deep clean for a two story home. Everyone I worked with throughout the entire process was incredible! The clean out/decluttering crew accomplished in a few days which would have taken months, and the cleaning crew left the house sparkling. Great value for the work that was done. Didnt even hire this company officially but I sure will next time. My fiance just got the home of our dreams and were going to lose our last security deposit of we weren't out by tonight. Cody Morrison and Zach Abdelnasser were moving a neighbors things and I saw them. I begged them to help me move one couch as I was in a bind and they didnt even hesistate. They jumped up to help (after finishing there current job of course) and git my couch out ricky tick!!!!! If it werent for these two and there kindness I would have lost $2,150.00!!!!!!! I am so grateful for each of them that I guarantee my next movers will be Clutter Storage even if they move in by then. Cody/Zach you guys are the best! I hope your boss knows it as it's good people that beats competition eberytime! Clutter, do yourself a favor and give these biys more responsibility. I'm posting my review twice, because I honestly can not remember which location I used. Raul was the guy that handled my situation. So 5 star review... take two. Living in Texas and owning homes in NY/NJ area has been challenging. I recently went thru the eviction process with a tenant who wouldn't moveout. After our legal nightmare was over their personal effects were left abandoned. I called Raul and explained the situation. Being a home owner out if state was not an issue. I emailed our legal docs and asked them to proceed. Not only was he $500-750 cheaper than other places I called he was able to start immediately. He cleaned out the entire house and emailed pics of after he was done. He also gave me a heads up on some water damage he noticed. After everything was said and done he secured the property and overnighted me a new set of keys. Raul went above and beyond what I expected. John and Maz are top notch. They get in, clear things out (and ask if they are unsure), leave the place looking fantastic. These guys were phenoms. Raul and crew came to my rescue on short notice and totally blew through mountains of leftover clutter and junk at my place today in no time flat. Not cheap but they did in MINUTES what it would have taken me hours, helping me at a critical moment during an exhausting move frm hell. I had lived in my place 15 years and had lots of dust bunnies and such underneath and behind things that hadn't moved in years....yet the crew was energetic,respectful, cheerful and worked like speed demons. Thank GOD I called the right business to get the job done during a time of crisis. An older family member of mine had a bad fall and had to be rushed to the hospital. The family and I took this opportunity to clean out his home which was full of junk dating from the 1950's till now. Raul and Lili were the best. I called monday night and they were at the house by Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) to give an estimation. The price was kind of steep for a 1 1/2 bedroom apartment, but it made sense and it was a fair price. By Saturday they were in there throwing everything out, and by Monday night the apartment was spotless. Just one mishap--I would make sure that the owner of the apartment is there to make sure no valuables are thrown away. Of course this is common sense, but with the holidays we weren't able to be on top of the guys that saturday--and if we didn't come in that Monday, a lot of valuable and memorable items would have been thrown out. Raul was very kind and went through all the bags with us and made sure everything that we needed was out of the trash bags and put up in an organized manner. We have a house in Brooklyn that we rented out and later became our worst nightmare since our tenant turned out to be a dead beat. Once we regain possession of our home we had to start the job of cleaning it up. The cleanup took us over two years of traveling back and forth to New York from Maryland. The job became too big for just my husband and me. We also discovered we had new neighbors who strangely used our front/back yard as their own personal trash can. Raul stayed at the truck and brought 2 workers who worked in the apt. They demolished a large wall unit, 6 feet long and 8 feet high--12 drawers, 4 cabinets, 4 shelves, panels, all expertly taken apart and removed. Book cases, a huge heavy CRT monitor, a 3/4" video recorder, a vertical filing cabinet.... all were carefully taken down 2 flights of stairs to their truck, where Raul was breaking down and arranging the debris. They were steady, dependable and thorough, doing these tasks with complete professionalism. A pleasure to work with. At the end they even swept the floor clean. read more

These guys were great! I would recommend them to anyone who needs stuff removed from their homes or anywhere else. They are reliable, friendly, did a great job, were on time, and even texted me when they were on their way! I had a few pieces of furniture to get rid of and one of the items was an old huge sofa that they actually cut in half to get out of the apartment! They even went above and beyond and brought me back a professional air purifier unit to keep overnight to freshen the air quality in my apartment, as I've had recent problem with an ill cat.
