Used this company to clean after we cleared out a near hoarding situation. They assured us they were experienced in deep cleaning. They were scheduled 6-7 hours. One of the 3 person crew showed up 45 minutes late. They began packing up at 3pm. We were not able to spend an extended amount of time with them but did not expect that we would have had to oversee them every minute. On initial quick inspection as they were leaving, things seemed to be alright. However, later, on closer inspection, much was wrong, ie; top of fridge was not touched, top of cabinets were not touched, stove burners still had rings under the burner trim, sliding door tracks not cleaned, top rail of blinds not cleaned, bugs remained in chandelier lights, backs of multi-paneled doors not dusted, baseboards behind doors not dusted, sink and mirror in 1/2 bath not cleaned, cobwebs not cleared from corners throughout, way too much to list! Though we were only billed for the hours they stayed, the workmanship was extremely shoddy. If I had wanted to do the cleaning myself I would not have hired them! read more

This "company" is LESS than reputable..They actually deserve negative 5 stars..Not only did they take advantage of a woman in a very emotional state who had just lost her mom, by stealing brand new unopened merchandise that was very expensive that I explicitly told them to take to my storage unit.The owner pretended to "make it right" by issuing a check to me for a very small portion (after I spent thousands and thousands of dollars),but that never came to fruition and then she blocked my phone number and calls, and severely misled me. This is a difficult review to write because, on the one hand, I was excited to have a clutter-free house. But, on the other hand, they threw out a lot of stuff that I needed. I trusted them to ASK what goes and what stays. Lawnmowers. Vacuum cleaners. Kitchen appliances. A steel step stool which was the only means I had for reaching high shelves or for changing lightbulbs. Tons of perfectly good food. They even scooped up clothing that was hanging in my closet! It would be gone too if I didn't start yelling for them to stop. Same with a wooden desk! If I didn't start yelling, that would have ended up in the landfill as well. The list goes on and on. All gone. More than 30 items on an Xcel spreadsheet I created. All told, replacement of these items would be over $1,000 and, as a senior on a fixed income, I can't afford to replace these things. Then there's the irreplaceable stuff. My birth certificate. My high school yearbook. Tons of old family photos and documents. Old diaries and autograph books. Yes, I called but got no satisfactory answer. They even denied throwing out the family photos and other sentimental items. Well then, where are they? For these reasons, I am giving them one star, which, frankly, is one star too many. I can only urge you to think twice before using this company, especially if you're thinking you can trust them to simply ask "do you want this, or can we toss it?" I'm totally traumatized by this experience and don't know what to do other than to share what I went through. read more

So.....I won't lie, I had inherited bed bugs from my neighbors. I didn't like my neighbors and they didn't like me. The awful people moved and the critters came over to see me. It was bad Karma I know. I had to get rid of my bed and to be on the safe side , another bed as well. Everything gone , headboards and all. At first I was hoping to hire just a junk guy remover (yes, I told them about the dead bugs and the possibility of taking one home with them). Then I found Josh on line and after reading how they handle infested mattresses and the care they take NOT TO SPREAD any possible bugs through the rest of my home . I hired them , after all they are the experts in bug infestations ! Mike and Josh showed up on time the next day, and they were amazing! Anyone that has had bed bugs knows what an ordeal this is and the great amount of stress bed bugs cause. Mike and Josh were the best thing that ever happened to me in my month long bed bug battle. They even have experts in cleaning the bed bug infested room(s) so I am also having this done . It's profoundly embarrassing admitting that I had bed bugs. My old stereo types kicked in that my home was dirty and so was I. That's a myth and they can infect anybody. Rich or poor, clean or dirty , they do not discriminate . Unfortunately here in the Denver Metro area bed bugs are taking over! Thank you guys for understanding! Thank you so much Albert and Steven for coming so quickly! We had a freezer in our basement that went out while we were out of town weeks prior. It actually took us a few weeks to even figure out where the odor throughout the house was coming from. We actually assumed it was our dog doing her business in the basement. When we identified the real situation, we needed to find someone quickly that would just come and grab the freezer as is...we didn't have the stomach to empty it out! They came within an hour or so and removed it as is. The best part was that it was actually super reasonable, too!! In the last few weeks, I've had to work on de-cluttering my mother's house in order to get it ready for sale. Let's be honest; de-cluttering is a really nice way of saying it. My mother is a hoarder in training, and her being unable walk or carry things for the past year or two has really made the piles worse and worse. I felt more than overwhelmed, and trying to get years of accumulation out of her house for an affordable cost, and not too much strain on *my* bad knees seemed impossible. Enter Jennifer and her Clutter Trucker crew. Not only did Jennifer respond to my emails quickly and politely, she had the best price in town (bonus; they're locally and woman owned, and her family make up many of her employees). I booked her. Day of, I realized my mother had been holding out on me, and had SO MUCH MORE crap (I'm over being nice) than I realized. Some of it was gross, others were just piles and piles. Luckily for me, the Clutter Trucker crew was experienced, efficient and incredibly kind (I had planned on 3/4 of a truck load -- we wound up with TWO FULL TRUCK LOADS). Despite that we had more than twice what I'd originally estimated, they dumped the first load and came back for the second. Moreover, they didn't make me feel like a bad daughter for having let it get to this stage, and they put no blame on my mother -- they were incredibly respectful to her. I plan on having them back for round two once the house is sold, and absolutely recommend them highly for any of your junking, clutter, etc needs. The price listed on the website was not even close to the minimum quoted by the folks who came out to do the work. I was looking for a monthly cleaning. I will only use them once at the prices they're charging - extremely misleading. Despite my showing them the website, the didn't offer to honor the price listed there. Beware the "estimate." We hired Clutter Truckers recently to help clean out my mom's house. She has been by herself for quite a while, and she has accumulated a lot of junk over the years. When I was pricing out services, I decided to go with Clutter Truckers based on the estimate. I showed the company's representative around my mother's house and I indicated that most everything was junk and needed to go - especially in the garage and basement. I was assured that it would not be a problem to move everything in one load, so I hired them. I figured the price increase over a roll-off dumpster was worth it, considering they do most of the work. Anyways, the truck arrived after we had sorted through quite a bit of junk and I quickly became nervous about the size of the truck. I asked a couple more times if we would be able to fit everything and I was assured that we would be able to. Long story short, the truck was only able to fit about 1/4 of everything we needed to move. We didn't even get through half of the garage and didn't even touch the basement. It seemed to me to be a bait and switch, and I told the representative that I was expecting the truck to fit more. She offered me 20% off a second load. If I had known to begin with that we wouldn't be able to fit everything we wanted to move, I would have economized and went with something else. I should also note that they were an hour late for both the estimate and the actual work. I would not recommend these services. Tl;dr - Bait and switch. Late to job. And because I had trouble getting Salvation Army to take everything, Clutter Trucker was able to take the rest and donate it for me, which I felt was a huge bonus - 2 for 1. I have used Clutter Trucker twice now.....the first time they came to haul away bags of and bags of stuff from a storage unit. I was so impressed, they arrived on time, they removed the items quickly and then to my SURPRISE, they swept out the storage unit even though it wasn't their dirt, it was AWESOME and the guys were so nice and very professional....which is why I called them again when I had something I needed hauled away from our office and I needed it to be removed that day.....and even though they were busy, they squeezed me in and was there within the hour, however, they realized they couldn't get it out of the doorway and ensured me they would return first thing the next morning...and they did right on time....they had to cut the item to remove it, they were very quick and efficient and clean.....I LOVE Clutter Trucker....not only will I refer them to others...I will continue to use them for anything I have to haul away.....OH and their prices are very reasonable. read more
