Do NOT recommend. I had them come in to clean and it is based on a time and priority list basis. Basic things like counters and floors were not cleaned or even touched. This is easily one of the worst services of any kind that I have ever received. I am shocked that they have any repeat customers. I've been using Two Maids and a Mop for months now and it's the best decision I've made in years. I love that they have an alternating cleaning option where they come every two weeks and the first clean is a premium maintenance cleaning and the alternating appointment is a touch up cleaning. There is never a question about when they're coming because I receive regular emails from the owner. I haven't had a single issue with my home. AND I can definitely tell they've been here which isn't always the case with other companies. I also love that Two Maids is reasonably priced and pays their employees for doing a good job. read more

Two Maids and A Mop (we call them two mops and a flop) cleaned our home in Centennial Colorado on 2/17/20. This was their first cleaning of our home. Two young women came out but I question how much cleaning experience they have. The house was picked up on the surfaces and areas we wanted cleaned to make it easier for them. HOW DO YOU CLEAN A KITCHEN WITHOUT TOUCHING THE SINK????? How do you not run your hand over the granite counter tops to check that they are clean? How do you dust the master bedroom headboard about a third of the way and just stop? How do you partially dust floors and leave dust lines? I caught that one bathroom floor that hadn't been scrubbed (germs anyone?) and had them redo it. In another bathroom, the inside bottom of the toilet bowl was not clean. Yuck. I had done a walk through requesting certain items be cleaned, such as spots on the wood floors. Had to remind them before they left. One woman stood around while the other cleaned away. Still, there was so much untouched. After our disappointing experience, I would NEVER recommend this company. Once was enough. I received no response from the email I sent to the owner. I doubt we'll hear from her. I outlined our complaints and essentially fired the company. I doubt they care. They did do a good job in the laundry area. And they used non-toxic cleaning supplies, which is vital since I am sensitive to chemicals. read more

We hired Two Maids and a Mop for a move out cleaning of our condo. The booking process was a breeze, and the owner Andy even made the phone calls to confirm everything. He even reassured us that it was ok that we had some furniture still in the house (we had a scheduling/overlap conflict.) I was very impressed by that! They even cleared up a confusion with our arrival window in no time at all! The customer service was top notch. As for the cleaning itself, I'm torn. The areas that they did clean they did a great job of. Counters and sinks were clean and spotless, floors were vaccumed (our living room floor looked cleaner than it had in years!) However, we do not feel that we got the nearly $300 value We paid for the specialized move out cleaning. There were exposed baseboards (meaning not covered by any furniture at all) that were not wiped down or cleaned, baseboard crevices still had dust and lint in them, the drawer under the oven was still full of crumbs (shouldn't that be part of cleaning the oven?) Window ledges were not cleaned/wiped. It seemed more like the type of cleaning youd expect from a bi-monthly or monthly service, not a specialized Move Out service. The customer service with these guys is really what saved the day. If that wouldn't have been outstanding, I would be unhappy with the entire experience. Just goes to show that positive customer service can make all the difference. read more

I scheduled a cleaning for 8am. The company sent a questionnaire for prioritization that I sent back, but apparently they did not pass onto the cleaners. I received a text the night before that the cleaners would arrive between 10:20am and 11:20am - outside of the scheduled window - but since I didn't have plans until the afternoon, I figured that would be fine. 11:30am rolls around, and no communication at all. Eventually got a hold of someone who said the shop changes their schedule as they wish, and they would be to my house between noon and 2pm. They arrived at 1:50pm, meaning I had to cancel the afternoon plans I already had. The cleaners arrived and said the time was less than I had agreed on with whoever I booked with. Some areas were well cleaned (the bathrooms), some looked like they hadn't even touched. I had to go back myself and clean the blinds, dust, wipe off the base boards, and clean the kitchen sink. Overall this was not a good experience and I would NOT recommend this service. read more
