I had a very positive experience with Adventures on Wheels. I rented a 32' Class C RV from them,…read morein August 2022 that we drove about 1500 miles from New Jersey to Maine and back. The RV was in great shape, was relatively new, and ran great. I booked via El Monte RV, which worked out fine. Yet, I doubt the experience would be any different if I booked through a different method. The RV had a ton of storage. There was so much storage that I forgot quite a few items in the RV. They found everything that was stashed around the RV and mailed it to me in California. I got it all back in about two days. Excellent service!

Whatever you do just DO NOT rent anything from this company!…read more They were the WORST company I have dealt with. The van I hired from them was in extremely bad condition, broke down three times, charged me for extra miles when I had asked for some extra to be included considering the issues we had. Their customer service was incompetent and rude and never listened to my problems. I can't even express to you how bad the RV we rented from them was! -the radio only worked when the second dual battery was charged, which only charged by driving! Plugging in did nothing! The fridge it lasted about 6 hours after driving. So when you're camping it was useless! The air conditioning only worked intermiddedly and the curtains were just its of cloth you had to Velcro to the walls! Plus it was very dirty when we picked it up and smelt horrible. I only had experience with this company I definitely recommend going elsewhere! Do not use this company for any sort of rental!

Although it was 10PM, the staff literally stayed open till the last minute and help us find/install every part to fix our serpentine belt and other broken parts. They were so nice, helpful and even helped us with the repair EVEN WHEN IT WASN'T THEIR JOB! We made it home safely and it was all thanks to these guys! You are AWESOME, and I can't thank you enough!!

Over the years this location has improved, I haven't gone much recently to know if the improvement…read moreis real or only perceived by myself or a fluke. When it was relatively 'new' the employees were virtually nowhere to be seen or otherwise wasting time by talking to their friends or ignoring customers. There was even a time(years ago) when the store wasn't open 1/2 hour after it was supposed to open on a saturday, from the sign on the door. My last few visits that kind of behavior seems to be in check if not completely gone. Employees seemed to be more interested in helping me find things or getting me the parts I needed. My last visit I needed a brake line, and some fittings. For some reason not all the fittings were in the aisle. When I inquired about additional fittings one employee, a woman, said that's all there was. Making due with what was there or rather what wasn't I resolved myself to get what I could here and go to another location or a different company's store for the rest. So I asked about the brake line, located in their parts racks behind the counter and another employee couldn't find it or didn't realize they have it under two part numbers, and invited me to look for myself which is where I found the line I needed and the fittings the woman seemed not to know about. I think he allowed me entry back there because he was trying to help other customers but can't say for sure. I had researched part numbers online and didn't write them all down because they were vague about what would fit with what so I needed to see them and check for myself in the store. Now if autozone's site or the part maker were clearer on the part details I could've written them down and handed that over to someone to get them for me. But I don't hold much faith in that idea since the one guy couldn't see the same part number I gave him was back there but with an H in the middle of it before the / as the alternate part number and the woman didn't seem to know they even had other brake line fittings in the back. I'm more inclined to give this store a shot when I need parts as opposed to avoiding it like the plague as I had done for several years.

I was in and out with a new car in about an hour, drove the car home and they handled everything with ease, I never ran into an issue or problem when dealing with them... I got a GREAT deal as well... Habby and Steven were also great, always greeted me with a smile and I always felt welcomed and happy to be there. I HIGHLY recommend everyone who reads this to go there, I know I will be recommending them to all my friends and family and if the opportunity arises and I want another car I'm going straight to them. You'll absolutely love this place, the people, and the cars they have. They're in great condition and honestly priced. Go to NJ Auto Sales!! New Acura TL Type-S owner, Ligia G.
