I brought my car in with a dreaded check engine light on, my turbocharger was failing. The code makes you think you can fix it. Mike told me that we need to be smart about it because the labor cost of removing the turbocharger, repairing it and putting it back it back was over one thousand dollars! On top of that repairing the problem related to the code doesn't guarantee the check engine light won't come back on! It also doesn't mean there might be another problem with the turbocharger. He offered that I can shop for a replacement turbocharger and he would do the same. I found a new OEM turbocharger for a good price and he installed it for me! The car runs great and the turbocharger is functioning like it did before the light came on I own 2 other cars and I'm going to give these guys all my business.

They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are. At 3pm I went to the shop and my car is nowhere, not even inside of shop. I guess they saw me walking around the shop and then one of their employees drives my car up to the gate with the old tires still on my car. They're just so irresponsible, I really don't recommend this place to anyone. They have so many cars there that you can't even move around the lot. Very bad business. I would've just be ok if they told me, we're busy, bring it another day. Don't lie to customers....
