The gentleman named Louie answered and was quick with giving a reasonable quote for a new windshield and setting up an appointment was easy. So, I arrived to have the new windshield installed a day after and was told the total process would take about one hour. Which to me seemed like a great thing because most people want to get in and out. Then there came a delay because of the glass had cracked during the process, Louie was very apologetic about it cracking and actually was able to order one quickly and have it sent the next day. I was very understanding because things happen and he mentioned that there wouldn't be any difference to the price. The next day I returned early as he mentioned the glass would be done first thing in the morning. He called me around 8:30am and told me the car was ready.
