I love KFC. But in Atlanta it can be hit or miss. This definitely wasn't a hit, but it wasn't a miss either. I just find that KFC can be overcooked. Hence the problem here. The skin was a little soggy. The exterior pieces of chicken were tough. And meat near the bone was way to red. To me this means the oil is to high and only some of it is cooked correctly. Probably won't be back.

So I ordered their signature CM chicken to go for lunch. Because as many advertisements since I've been seeing for this place on my Instagram, it just didn't make sense to stop across the street and try them out. I called them my order it was ready in about 15 minutes. It was 10 pieces of chicken for like 17 bucks. I just wanted the chicken only. Apparently they have a lunch special. That is pretty decent. The flavor profile was amazing. The person on the phone guided me because I didn't know what I was doing Lol she told me to get the original chicken and get the sauce on the side, but you do pay for the sauce on the side, but that allows you to try different sources. Best recommendation ever.! so I had the original chicken that I tried without any of the sauce and she was correct the chicken with seasoning it was crispy and it was amazing! New fried chicken spot I have a standard you know how you get a taste for something and that ideally is what you want... This is ideally what I want. Past the original, I started dipping it into the sauces that I purchased, which was the red pepper and the spicy garlic. Both were amazing and I ended up mixing both of them and of course dipping it in ranch because I am a heat lover and a baby at the same time. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop by and get this place a try they do fried chicken justice and more than Enough.! I will be back! They do have an area for dine in available, but I just ordered to go. It was very laid-back. A lot of people were ordering and picking up. There's a lot of space to be able to sit, but I just think that they're in a heavy business area so it was a lot of people stopping in for lunch. The vibes were chill.

There are RATS running around the store. Food was disappointing, I ordered garlic soy chicken and kimchi, chicken was so dry and kimchi was tasteless. And again, having rats climbing tables and chairs in the store, right in front of your customers is pretty crazy to me and that is really concerning if my food is safe to consume. Me and my friend literally stopped eating and just decided to walk out because we got scared.

Sooo glad this place is open later than most restaurants/take out places. They have many kiosks so it's not hard to order. Fried chicken is extremely crunchy, moist, and flavorful- we got their original and spicy one. One downside for the wet marinated wings is that it gets soggy extremely fast but other than that no complaints. Most definitely will be ordering from here again when we come to GA. They have a tv and automated machine that tells you when their order is ready. Down size is we waited 30mins for our food- the kiosks was very staticky and it was hard to understand. The place noise level was moderate, as many people were coming in and out and with Korean songs in the background.

After a concert, we were looking for late night bites. Initially was going to eat at a different KFC place but there was a 40 minute wait and the worker was freaking out due to how many people were showing up to that restaurant. Luckily we used the Yelp app to find a nearby restaurant, CM Chicken! They said takeout would be ready in 15-20 minutes. The place was also connected to a boba shop. Plenty of tables but it was super packed that night. Ordered garlic soy wings and spring onion soy garlic wings. Both were super delicious and the sauce was addicting! Would come back if in Atlanta again!

I came in tonight before 3:00 that's the time their website says it's closed. I placed my order before 2:45 because that's the time what the "manager" says that they are actually closed. I order from the kiosk because they don't take live orders. Paid in advance only for the "manager" to tell me that they closed the kitchen and I am due a refund in a few days (depending on my bank) I AM DONE with this place!

staff : friendly menu : a good mix of items at a decent price. food: The Korean corndog while outside was well seasoned and crispy, the filling had an artificial taste that was almost unbearable. However the drinks were delcious.

Will definitely come back! Love their chicken! One of the best I've had. Service was fast but all came out really good! Very casual vibe. Great portions for the price, shareable.

This is when I paid at the kiosk. The woman tried to tell me I didn't pay well. How did you give me a order if I didn't pay.
    Elissa R.

Could someone from this business, please contact me about refunding my money?. Let me start by saying that I've been a customer of this business at this particular location for over two years never had any problem love the Korean aunties that work there they're always sweet always smiling although I'm sure dealing with college students & late night customers is a very difficult role. I'm not sure if they changed management or what , but I noticed they are spanish speaking workers there now including at the front desk. Tonight I went in for my standard order for which I always asked for the sauce on the side and not on the chicken because all members of my family cannot eat the sauce I paid at the kiosk $21. I stepped to the counter order 71 sauce on the side the woman hand me a bag and says no I said this can't be mine because I literally just paid. I haven't even received the digital receipt but she shoves a bag at me that's clearly premade food... I repeat ni sauce on chicken; she say we don't do that I said ma'am I've come here for two years. You do do that if I order extra sauce, it comes in a little cup, of course you have sauce on the side. She then says no English to me and turns around and goes to the kitchen which is made of glass. You can see everyone back there and there's a whole big conversation about and they're all looking out the window at me when she can returns I say just give me a refund the woman first says no didn't ignore me for 10 minutes. Literally only dealing with other customers then comes back to me and says give me your card and a man gives her another bag of my same bag of food but I saw them manipulating it. She says OK sauce on side. I say no I just want a refund. She swiped my card and charges me $18 when I put the receipt in front of me and I said why do you charge my card and she then pulls out her cell phone with a translator to say oh do you want a refund and I say yes and now I have paid two times she say no you paid one time but I'm showing her the receipt on my phone that shows the $21 I paid for the first order the woman then says grabs the receipt and walks away and says no English no English finally I just called the police who say it will take more than an hour for them to come there obviously everyone in the restaurant is looking at me crazy but I just paid $40 for absolutely no food at a restaurant that I come to at least three or four times a monththen no person there speaks English fluently or even claims to speak English and there's no available customer service obviously I will never ever return to this place again what I did do is speak to the police about it. Too bad if someone has negative consequences from this interaction.

I ordered the garlic spicy chicken wings! Freshly made to order :) YUMMMY!!!! It was around $17 for 10 pieces of wings, it's kinda pricey. They are open until 2AM on Saturdays, LOVE THAT! Parking was a small space, there's parking in the front and back of the building.

My new go to fried chicken shop in the city!!!! Chicken is so crispy and juicy, owner is super friendly! We got the snow curry chicken and the monster cheese fries, everything came out fast and hot :) the chicken was so freaking good.. meat was so juicy and skin still crispy. The curry sauce was really good too. Perfect amount of spice and sweetness. Cheese fries were a miss, not very cheesy. I have had the snow curry from this and the other chicken shop at 10th st but this is better imo! The owner told me that this location is the original CM chicken from Korea (the other is not) so they use a very special batter and spice mix! So happy that this new shop opened up close to me, can't wait to go back!

The dumplings and fire chicken were delicious. The fire chicken though is no joke. Be ready to chug water! Don't get me wrong, it's delicious but compared to the fire chicken that I had first, I felt it needed something. I recommend not eating the fire chicken first lol! I worried about my car being broken into since he knew which one was mine, but thankfully it wasn't. I entered the restaurant to a cool, casual ambiance. The waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. Our table shared several items tapas-style/a la carte including: beef bulgogi, Brussels sprouts, glass noodle, scallion pancake, shishito peppers, hedo bap, and I believe one of the pork and/or chicken dishes. I can't remember which, but everything we ordered was tasty! My favorite item was the glass noodles! It was served very elegantly with the bone marrow (sorry I only got a picture of the portion I put on my plate). I'd love to take my husband here soon!

Still, I really liked the vibe of the restaurant, and all that they had to offer, so we decided to try again. Well, again, we ordered the Galbijjim...and this time, there wasn't a Regular or Spicy like last time. We also ordered a small size of Seafood Pancake. Well...Gotta be frank. This time, the Galbijjim was TOO mild. In fact, it even had this brown watery soup base (which I don't remember was a thing with Galbijjim??). WOW. Just can't seem to find the right balance here. Quite disappointing because we both were knocked over by just how AMAZING it was in the original Duluth location. Unfortunately, the Galbijjim at this location is just not the same. It's either too hot-spicy...or too mild (and soupy?!?). Also, the portion is WAY smaller...almost too small. If you look at the hot pot, it barely fills the bowl (?!?). Too mild...too soupy...and too skimpy. So again, we were quite disappointed. We agreed that if we're to have Galbijjim, we'll be going to the Duluth location over this one. Two Strikes, and OUT for me! Their side dishes were good...but again, I felt that the Duluth location offers a much more spirited variety of sides as well. Not sure why this is the case? I found this surprising as well...given how high the ratings were here?? Luckily, there was something we were impressed with...and that was their Seafood Pancake. It was MUCH crunchier than how I remembered it in the past...and both my husband and I agreed that this was THE best version we've had to date! We regretted not ordering the large size of this...as we enjoyed this more than the Galbijjim! It's so unfortunate that I'm still not able to upgrade the review to 5 stars...especially given how I love the vibe of this restaurant! Service is quite good too. But their Galbijjim continues to disappoint...so must dock another star. Maybe if I/we revisit, I'll order something else from their menu...and hopefully, it'll be better than their version of Galbijjim???

This restaurant soft-opened in March 2024 and officially opened in April 2024 in the old Breakers Korean barbecue space near the defunct Gwinnett Place Mall, and I-85 at Pleasant Hill Rd (exit 104). It's spacious, but can fill up quick. We arrived at noon on a Saturday and there were still plenty of open tables. However, by the time we left, shortly after 1pm, it was packed with people looking for tables. Someone jumped on our table as we were getting up to leave. This is not a sit-down restaurant. Instead, you order at one of two touchscreen kiosks at the entrance and then wait for your number to be called to pick up your food. Everything is self-serve, from condiments to hot broth. You also bus your own table. Here's what three of us got: B3. Heo [sic] Naengmyeon ($16.99) - spicy sweet potato starch noodles with raw fish (should be spelled "hoe") C3-B1. Naengmyeon and Yuk Jeon ($20.99) - cold sweet potato starch noodles and thinly sliced beef pancake C1-B1. Naengmyeon and Dwaeji Yang Nyum Gui ($18.99) - cold sweet potato starch noodles and grilled pork neck D4. Kimchi Son Mandu ($11.99) - handmade kimchi dumplings My wife and I love naengmyeon. We thought Naju's version was good, especially in this fast-casual format. To nitpick, the noodles stuck together and the ice melted too fast. Regardless, I found the noodles to be delicious, refreshing, and satisfying. The spicy version came with a small bowl of icy broth on the side. The raw fish, beef pancake, and grilled pork neck were all tasty and of decent quality. As for the handmade kimchi dumplings, they were legit. Big and filling. In addition to naengmyeon, Naju also offers a variety of Korean soups (e.g., seolleongtang - ox bone soup and gomtang - beef bone soup) and LA galbi (grilled short ribs). During our visit, the pickup counter was staffed by a bunch of ajummas (Korean middle-aged women), basically Korean lunch ladies. I'd come back. This place seems ideal for a quick stop for an easy and reliable Korean meal / comfort food.
