The price is honestly great -- $50 for all you can eat, and it's worth it. The place is super cute. I love the whole look and feel. Nice bar, great vibe, perfect for a date or even a big group. Now the food... The beef bulgogi, the Hawaiian steak , and the galbi steak patty were my favorites. You can only order two proteins at a time. However, don't sleep on this. Between the salad, pasta salad, sides, appetizers, and soft drinks included, you're going to get full quicker than you think. My dad surprised my mom with a little birthday treat, and the staff was so sweet about bringing it to the table. Really made the moment special for her. I'll definitely be back!

Generally a basic yet trendy style bbq. The quality of meat was great for only $50/ pp. really loved the sides (kimchi jjigae, gyoza, kfc...) and our server Taj was soooo attentive (thrill is lucky to have him); and Brian the bartender was patient and knowledgeable, even for someone as picky as me. Open till midnight. Need I say more?

I had heard that Thrill Korean Steak and Bar was a more "high-end" and modern AYCE KBBQ spot, so I was intrigued by it. It is really spacious inside and has a more luxurious vibe than most KBBQ spots. I went really late at night (near closing time) so it was really empty and quiet, but the servers were still attentive. We ordered the Egg Soufflé, Beef Brisket, Pork Belly, Ramen, and other dishes I cannot recall. To start off, I enjoyed the taste of the Beef Brisket and Pork Belly, although I will say that these basic meats start to taste the same at every KBBQ spot unless it is a really top tier a la carte restaurant. I really liked the Ramen as well (it had nothing special in it, but I just like ramen), which I think was the Shin Ramyun brand. I was not a fan of their Egg Soufflé... it tasted like an overcooked omelette more than the typical steamed egg you would get at a KBBQ restaurant. Overall, I think this is a solid place for KBBQ. It is not the best, but it is not bad. It is expensive to eat here, especially for the dinner option. If you can make it out to Duluth, I would recommend AYCE KBBQ restaurants there for the best bang for your buck!

One of the better meals we had on our Atlanta trip! This was our first stop after arriving late in town, and it definitely hit the spot for our group of four hungry dudes.. We lucked out finding this AYCE option honestly at midnight. The place has more of a modern, clubby vibe compared to your typical KBBQ spot. It's spacious and lively, tucked in a strip mall with plenty of parking, and the surrounding area's walkable if you want to wander after (during the day hours) Service was fair and friendly even though we came in late. We got to sample a ton of appetizers and banchan (I don't know why I ate so much egg souffle). They offer a solid selection of cuts. *All the pork belly's pretty decent, and the sauces paired well and kept the meal interesting with the drinks flowing. Overall, this is a strong AYCE KBBQ option with a fun, modern atmosphere. We left full and satisfied for the value, not much more you can ask for.

I absolutely love Korean BBQ! This was our first time trying Thrill! The quality of the meat selection is outstanding and it's AYCE! All the sides and appetizers are yummy and fresh!! Our server was sooo attentive and came back to check on us multiple times.. The Resturant itself is absolutely beautiful! The bar is huge! It's simply a beautiful delicious space to be in!

Absolutely love Thrill Korean bbq! This is my favorite Korean bbq restaurant in Atlanta and I love treating my nieces to it when they visit. All of the food is delicious and they always have such creative and delicious drinks. My absolute favorite appetizer is the spicy rice cakes, I could eat them all day. The aesthetic is super nice & the service is always on point. Highly recommend you check it out!

The drive from Alpharetta to roswell rd was so worth it I absolutely loved coming here ! My husband and i had amazing food and service ! We shared a beautifully cold blue moon tower and ate so much ! We will definitely come back soon!

This is an AYCE type of Korean BBQ. So basically you get a grill at the center of the table and they keep bringing you meat to grill (yourself). The area is in a strip mall and it's free parking. There are a lot of walkable areas so parking and walking around after a dinner would be something that you could do. The vibe at the restaurant is super nice. They have an upstairs area so there is a lot of space inside the establishment. There is a lot of light so even though the decorations are dark wood, it's still bright. On the weekends it's the standard dinner pricing (the Donner and weekend price is $50 a person). Everybody needs to be able to eat the same, so just be aware that everybody at the table has to be on the same page. And also, there's no carry out for all you can. They bring the meat two at a time, and they bring a bunch of different accommodations in the forms of salad and kimchi and wraps and such. The appetizers are coming out hot so you have to think about ordering those. But it's pretty straightforward, order all to meat you want. I like the fact that The waitresses and waiters will want to grill for you between food and help you cook your food for you. I bet you may need it but it's nice that they actually try. That's a really good touch. For the appetizers I tried the Korean fried chicken, spicy, and I tried the chicken dumplings on my first go. The spicy chicken was fried chicken tossed in a spicy sauce and it was pretty tasty and savory with the proper spice. The dumplings didn't come with a sauce but I dipped mine in some yum yum sauce and that made it good. The egg souffle was also pretty good. Very light and airy. For my meat I tried to different cut steak and to be brisket to start off. I also tried the Hawaiian steak and the spicy beef bulgogi. I also dabbled in plenty of peppers /onions/ and mushrooms so they helped accommodate the meal. Aside from the Hawaiian (which may have had a little too much sweet for me), Everything was good. The bulgogi was kind of fatty but had plenty of favor. I ordered a few orders of brisket, they add sesame oil and a salt and pepper blend and it hits every time! This is a solid choice and has a lot of options (as long as you pay attention to the pay points regarding what days are a specific price).

My friend had never really done Korean barbecue and while I was in town, we decided to try this location. It's in a strip mall, but was in a great location for us as we were staying close. The restaurant has an upstairs and downstairs so it's very spacious. Our server was great very friendly came around very often and made sure that we had all the help we wanted. This location has unlimited barbecue for a set price. We all did that and left their stuffed lol. We love the short rib the steak pretty much everything that we tried. We loved a lot of of the sides as well. There were so many options for everyone to enjoy. Definitely worth the value.

Great service and great food! Loved the ambiance and me and my party enjoyed cooking the food.

Ask the Community - Thrill Korean Steak and Bar

What are the hours for lunch menu?

    Is it kid friendly?

    Yes.

    Do they have halal meat?

    They don't :(

What are the differences between the lunch AYCE and the dinner AYCE?

I think the lunch is 20$ and dinner is $28 and the dinner menu includes seafood options unlike the lunch

Still not totally clear on who actually cooks the meats, etc?

They cook it for you. We've asked to cook it ourselves. They still come around and cut up the meats. They'll still do 75% of the cooking. You have multiple servers coming around and checking on the grill. So you don't have to do too much.

So is the all you can eat steaks there $28 for adults?

Yes! Thrill is all you can eat for $28 per adult. They have beef, chicken, pork, and seafood you can choose from.

    Does it have free parking?

Plenty of parking in the back too.

Can you make reservations ahead of time or is it first come first serve? Thanks!

    Yes! Just call ahead!

    Is this place kid friendly?

Yes! There's even a kids' menu.

I had an idea of what this place, but wasn't exactly sure what it all entailed. We walked in and were greeted by a large shelf or should I say shelves of a bunch of different board and card games. We walked to the register and told them we wanted to play some board/card games. I believe it was $7 per hour and then $35 for everything else. Everything else means all the video/electronic games. Think PS5, Switch, PC, Xbox. It was sooooo cool seeing everyone play all the different games. There were bigger groups, couples, people by themselves. It's truly a place where anyone can go and have a good time! We got some drinks (they have a really cool cocktail menu). They do have a food menu too, but we just came from dinner, so we only got drinks. Our service wasn't the best though. It took forever for someone to come and check on us, and no one came to fill our water the entire time we were there. Service could definitely be a lot better! Battle & Brew is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. It's also pretty big too, so there is plenty of seating inside. I would definitely come back here in the future and play some of the video games, as I love to play some Nintendo Switch!

They told us that we would have to show up and just wait to be seated... fine. No big deal, again we are a large group coming in HOT on the weekend... I get it. We call ahead again, closer to the time we were planning to arrive to double check. THIS TIME they said they could reserve us a space and that it wouldn't be a problem. We get there and everything is seemingly fine. The vibes are good and the waiters are taking orders diligently. We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. We go to the front counter and there is seemingly a good cop/bad cop routine going on. One host says we can rent a station the other says we can't unless all 16 of go to that station. I told him not everyone wants to play games so what if we just cash out now then the 4 of us that do can just play/sit at the station. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT ITS AGAINST THE POLICIES" O....kay... whatever don't take my money, I then tell him I'd like to cash out anyway. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I can't pay you now? "THE TAB CAN ONLY BE SPLIT 5 WAYS" Huh? So not only was this not brought to our attention beforehand but you want to be a jerk about it? There reason was because some people run out on the bill and things get missed. Meanwhile the entire table is sitting here with their cards out ready to pay you? Not to mention if something is missed thats on YOU as you are the person entering the stuff into the system. Mind you we still have folks that were missing food or order was taken only for it to be sitting under a heat lamp. After some back and forth we paid (which they REFUSED to give us an itemized receipt) only for a smug waiter to come out with the missing deserts with creepy smile to literally say to us "I hope you enjoy it..." Nope. Not eating that. Matter fact we will never eat here again. This has been a yearly tradition for some Dreamhack attendees and I can wholeheartedly say that I'll NEVER step foot in here again more will anyone I associate with. If I could give it a 0 I would.

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

All I tasted and saw was the tilapia. Service wasn't bad. Either my waitress was tired or just didn't have a bubbly personality. I waited a bit and when no one approached me, I had to make strong eye contact like I am ready to order then she came to me and said "what will you have?" No introduction or welcome greeting. Not rude but not welcoming either if that makes sense. I sat at the bar in the available seat but it's right by the kitchen door and my back was to the main area. I ordered water with ice, was brought a 500mL Fiji water bottle and a styrofoam cup of ice. I am surprised they don't serve liquor. Everything is served in to go containers with plastic ware. 20% gratuity is automatically added, yes even for party of one. Music was good. Loud, like "come close so I can talk in your ear" loud but not "let me find my ear plugs" loud. They played Lil' Baby (think Freestyle and We Paid), Hunxho, Big Boogie, some of those popular TikTok songs, and then the DJ switched it up with some Shawty Lo and Young Dolph. When you first walk in you're surrounded by sections and I think one or two high tables in the center, then if you keep going the bar is on the left and a few more tables in the back. But those tables in the back kind of seems deserted and if the place is empty you could possibly be overlooked. I thought about sitting there but I felt like no one would come to serve me.
