The installation itself self was very quick, but because the fixture had more than just a few crystals that needed to be individually attached, it took a bit longer. After two weeks, I called the office to inquire about our quote and was told 'someone would call us back today'. I received no call. I followed up again the next day and was told that 'I'd be bumped to the top of the list'. Again, no call back. I asked on my second call if someone else could simply forward the quote along. I was told no. I spoke to the same person both days and neither time were they particularly helpful. In fact, on both occasions, I was left to feel as though I was an inconvenience. Perhaps small residential jobs aren't a priority, but a return phone call would be helpful.
