She was very nice, organized and efficient. Her blood draw was painless and quick. The office is cluttered and could use a good cleaning and reorganizing. This made it very difficult to ask questions or understand what was happening. After the labs were finally done, I asked for a simple doctor's note for my daughter's school since she missed the morning due to fasting and the appointment. The receptionist said she did not know what that was and could not provide one. Overall, the long wait, lack of communication, and inability to provide basic documentation made this a very stressful experience for both me and my daughter. I wish I can give it 0 stars . I'm upset that the worker wasted my time telling me to drive 30min to a different location and assured me that they'd accept me when I specifically asked if that location can max out also. The LB location told me that the Tustin worker had no right to assure me of this and they couldn't help me. Lesson learned: never show up without an appointment because walk ins are impossible. And book your appointment early because they're booked out 2+ weeks in advance.

I checked in and he took me back immediately. He explained the drug sample process, and we were on our way. I had to do a drug test for work. Did the urine sample and checked the label, to make sure it was correct. Everything looked good. Smooth process, and very quick. Quality care I would say. The hardest part was finding parking and finding the place lol You park right next door. There are a few labeled spots. Then you walk over to the building, and you will see a security car parked. Walk past the car and go up the stairs. Then turn right and enter through the doors and you will find a courtyard. Keep walking and you will see fast labs on the right-hand side.
