I took a chance and when I arrived at the location people were standing outside in the hall way because the waiting area was full. I was checked in promptly, they called my name in about 2 min. My appt lasted about 15 min total for labs and urine testing. Maybe because I uploaded my insurance info prior to my appt they had already verified my services would be covered. I took a chance and figured that if the wait took too long or there were problems, I could always cancel and pick another location. I'm happy to say that the whole process was wonderful. I created an account, made the appointment online for early morning the next day, and received an email and text for confirmation. Per the information provided, I could checkin when I arrive at the office via office kiosk, text message link, or email link. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was worried when I saw that the office was packed of people and there was a line at the kiosk. I checked in via the email link provided, which asked a few simple questions to identify me. The information provided told me to wait nearby to be called when the office was ready for me. I went to the main lobby to wait, which was quiet and had lots of empty chairs. It was early in the morning so the other offices in the building were not opened yet. About 5 minutes to my appointment time, I received a text that the office was ready for me. After handing in my lab order, I waited a few minutes and was seen by the phlebotomist. I have small, difficult to find veins. So less experience phlebotomist makes it a very stressful experience because I have a deep fear of needles. This time, the phlebotomist quickly located a vein and it took only 1 poke! I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes. Early the following morning, I received both text and email notifying me the results were ready. I logged into my online account and downloaded the report without having to wait for my doctor to call me. I never knew results can be ready so quickly! Yes my experience with them always been good except when they have inexperience staff i don't think no one likes to be poked over and over when that happens they usually call in the big guns lol a more experienced phlebotomy that gets ur vein on the first shot. And hope ur doctor didn't go over on the tubes sometimes it doesn't make sense because with one they can tell if something is up no need to ask for all kinds of tests that determine the same thing then they gonna leave u feeling all weak read more

I made an online appointment for 1:30pm and came in 15 minutes early! Everything went well, I got in 1:30pm & the phlebotomist (Liam) I think that's his name did my blood works. HE IS SO NICE AND AMAZING! I told him that all the times I get my blood drawn, I always fainted each time! However, this time, he made sure I was relaxed & we talked about my day/life and before you know it, all my bloods were drawn already and it felt like a 5-10 minutes conservation. Midweek appointment at 1:15pm. There was noone waiting when we arrived. We were called promptly and did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes, if that. I am only mentioning this due to other reviews: everyone spoke English to us but yes it is in an area with one high demographic. Still, no issues. My elderly mother did not have any busted veins or issues. She said it was just fine. The building is a medical building with a pharmacy on the first floor, with this suite located in the far back. They had hand sanitizer, they wore masks and had two people at the front desk. I take care of my 92 year old mother and visit this facility 1-3 times twice a year. I was there today for some of her blood work requested for an exam by her oncologist next week. I have tried to be patient with these incompetent associates who have failed my confidence in them entirely. My mother's blood work order was initiated 1 month ago and this was the 2nd time their staff could not find her order on their computer. In addition they didn't take initiative to find it. Instead? They asked me to find it. I am totally appalled by the customer service in this office. They are supposed to be helping their patients. They couldn't care less! I do not recommend this facility! Check in is chaotic. You sign in and wait. I had an appointment and I watched as people came and went. This was expected because many had been waiting before I arrived. When I went to make sure they still had me on their list because I was now 20 minutes past my appointment, they had crossed off my name. They said they had called, nope, I was there the whole time. They had done this to several people which prompted me to check again. When I as called, they put me in a room and the tech came in soon after. He asked which arm I preferred, which I said either. He immediately tied it off and then started looking for a vein. I was surprised because everyone previously would try to find a good vein on either arm. He never checked. He cleaned the site and then poked. He moved the needle around and only got a minimal amount of blood. He then tried to find another vein above the tie and poked. He struggled and moved the needle around again. This time pressing down very hard. It was so painful that I told him to stop. He was oblivious. I'm no stranger to blood work but this was pure torture. He was way too nonchalant and didn't care if he did a good job or not. While all this was happening, they brought another patient into the same room and drew a curtain down the middle of the room. They were servicing both sides. Not sure what happened to HIPAA laws and confidentiality? I guess it's okay to disclose who you are and your birthdate to your new roomie. I refused the UA because I did not feel safe or respected. This is a bad feeling. I have an appointment at 3pm and I arrived 20 minutes early to wait. The front desk staff are lovely, but the people working inside are extremely slow. they talk privately and work out of order. They take care of customers who walk in and let me wait while I have an appointment. When I asked, a man asked me to sit down in a chair to draw blood for my son. I said that my child is very scared. The staff member asked me if you were scared or was your son scared? You feel scared and then you assume your son is scared. By the time I sat down on the chair, my baby was crying because of the long wait. The staff talked to me. You can keep your son in Vietnamese. That's so mean when a man talks to a mother. They are severely understaffed here. Like the other reviews say, be prepared to wait at least an hour if you're a walk in. They also take lunch from 11:30-12:30 everyday! There's always a line before they open at 7:30am and before they come back from lunch at 12:30pm so get there early if you want to attempt to beat the line. I am in borderline thinking of suing this place for child Abuse.... I came here for a blood test for my 13 month old son. Right off the bat, a employee name of "Dang Bui" already with a mean tone of voice asking us if we have an appointment. (The waiting room is virtually empty) even though it was just us that time (2:00PM) But us given that this guy is just probably not in the mood will let it pass... Then came the actual blood letting, this employee with another hold my 13 month old son down by the clamp of his arm virtually making his arms red and irritable. Naturally my son was wailing, and still I gave patience to know that it part of the blood letting process. This is by the time I ask this employees to please be gentle and if we can hurry up a little bit because we are handling basically a baby.But instead of heeding my request, the employee named Dang Bui raised his hands to me and with a scarcastic voice said "his doing the best he can and babies are difficult: AGAIN! I let it pass, so we can get the blood letting process done so my son can stop crying. All in all it took them almost 10 minutes to get like 2ml of blood, the same time I could probably gave 200ml. But this is the tipping point, after the process, I decided to take my son outside the room to calm him down and this is where this employee Dang Bui ask us in a condescending tone that if we were "Mexicans" (no offense to my Mexican friends) but this is the kind of bigotry and stereotyping we thought of never experiencing. But it came from a disgruntled employee, who by the way never apologies and even raised his voice to me while holding my son that he was just entering information in the system. My wife explain to him that the system does not ask nationality but your ethnicity (Caucasian, Asian, Hispanic, etc.) I am seriously contemplating of suing this establishment! My physician have order my husband and I get annual blood work. Since it in the same building, we came to this office. The line was long, I asked the girl in the front if I could make a appointment to come back. She slapped the paper in front of me and tell me to go online and do it. So I went online and made the appointment. However, they don't have my insurance listed, so I called Dao's group and ask. They brushed off and said just skip that, they will check our ins. Before we come in. I thought It was make sense since everything is in 1 building, my doctor in there, they probably share info. But no!!! I got a huge fat bill a month later and still have to deal with. I called, they said bring the bills to labcorb suite in Dao's group. Labcorb only rent a place here, they have nothing to do with them. Fine! I drove all the way there and the front desk just said to call the billing department, here they just withdraw blood only. This place gets pretty congested very early in the am. Lots of am fasting blood draw traffic. The pace is ok but the waiting room will be packed and IN MY EXPERIENCE there have only been two phlebotomists on duty so expect a bit of a wait. Also, the female receptionist is RUDE. Zero customer service skills. The place is kind of dingy considering that other offices in the same building are rather nice.
