Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help. There were several cars in the lot and I felt like there would be a wait. The man in the front counter was friendly and told me it would be a few minutes until they could inspect my car. In the car repair world that normally means half an hour to an hour. Within 20 minutes my tires were inspected (nail free), air was put in them, and it was free of charge! It is difficult to find a business that upholds honesty and integrity and I am fortunate to have found this gem. :)
