Making the appointment was easy, and when you arrive you're buzzed in, which creates a really respectful and private environment if that's something you need. Tallie took the time to help me pick out a beautiful wig and then customized it so it truly felt like mine. I was able to get it by the next day, which was amazing, and I left feeling like a completely different person. She also provided a wig holder, travel case, and brush, which made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful and complete. Since then, I've had so many compliments, and people genuinely cannot tell that I'm wearing a wig. It was straight, no luster, and completely the wrong color. She didn't send replacement hair, and won't return money. Paid her directly, the first week of November 2020. Today is Feb 3rd, 2021. She won't take my calls or return texts. The 613 is hair I got from her in August. That is one bundle. The three dull sandy blonde bundles are supposedly Honey blonde. Those are three to one bundle. I had two more of the 613 that I hadn't used. I had to use it and it tangled the whole time. Kept it in maybe 3 weeks. Shameful.

The weave had gaps and big spaces with my braids and hair tracks were showing. I tried to remain patient and visited her 4 times giving her the opportunity to correct the poorly done weave and she just couldn't seem to improve the weave. I spent $800 on this nightmare of a weave that I had to remove because she did such a horrible job. She offered a partial refund which I never received. I do not recommend her weave services. Please don't make the same mistake! Find a true professional stylist.
