She let me know that there was a sale, in progress, and when it would end, so I would NOT miss the opportunity for a discount, and also provided her schedule. When I arrived, two wigs were waiting for me at the cash register, and Kali, another sales person offered to help me, since Liz wasn't working then! Katherine, another sales person, was very helpful in acommodating me by taking me outside, to see the actual hair color, in day light, which I requested to do!!! I went there before 1:00 p.m. and the "gated parking lot" next to the building, had plenty of available parking, which made me very happy, because the building is located in a busy area. I just paid $700 for cuticle hair that turned into sand paper texture after a week with extreme matting. I will need to remove hair soon because it's not manageable. There are no refunds so I am out $700 :(.
