She stole $810 from me. I paid her $810 for 3 bundles of honey blonde hair. She sent me hair of 70 old woman who smoked all her life. It was straight, no luster, and completely the wrong color. She didn't send replacement hair, and won't return money. Paid her directly, the first week of November 2020. Today is Feb 3rd, 2021. She won't take my calls or return texts. The 613 is hair I got from her in August. That is one bundle. The three dull sandy blonde bundles are supposedly Honey blonde. Those are three to one bundle. I had two more of the 613 that I hadn't used. I had to use it and it tangled the whole time. Kept it in maybe 3 weeks. Shameful. read more

I contacted Veronica from her Craigslist ad for human hair and sew in weave service. I'm incredibly disappointed with the weave and hair I received. The weave had gaps and big spaces with my braids and hair tracks were showing. I tried to remain patient and visited her 4 times giving her the opportunity to correct the poorly done weave and she just couldn't seem to improve the weave. I spent $800 on this nightmare of a weave that I had to remove because she did such a horrible job. She offered a partial refund which I never received. I do not recommend her weave services. Please don't make the same mistake! Find a true professional stylist. read more

So after my first review the store reached out wanting to fix the problem. I tried removing my yelp review and I left a tip excited that Veronica the owner was going to remedy the problems. Apparently the review was still up and I did not know how to get it down. So the owner had told me her schedule, she's there Monday - Fri until 3. I told her I would try to make it in that week when I could. I work, and have made countless trips at this point but really just wanted something I could wear, even though I was given a poorly made product before the event I even bought this for. I came in the following Monday, she was out of town. I nicely said no problem and called back the next business day asking for her contact so I could simply text her to see when she's there. I came in, and only said "man I've been driving back a forth a bunch, but here it is!" (The wig the shop agreed to take back and fix.) Before I could come out with another word the owner SCOLDED me in-front of everyone in the store. She said she has waited LATE THREE TIMES waiting for me and THAT I WILL RESPECT HER. (I never asked her to, and they have my number on file at this point, have you ever heard of a phone?) I left saying thank you and hopeful that all this could be out behind us, but I also left crying. Wasn't until I got home bawling that I decided to send a text message to her saying I never meant to be disrespectful and she made me cry when I left. Since that, a week later I asked when my wig would be ready. She now is saying I AM TO MUCH WORK to deal with and refuses to fix the 1500$ wig they sold me that doesn't fit my head and is too dark. I've taken a lot of time driving back and forth to this business, and have felt bullied by the gentleman who simply didn't take notes at our first consult: this resulted in "he said she said," and instead of him standing up and saying, "I made this item wrong." They are pointing the finger saying that I am rude, and disrespectful and will give you whatever excuse to not give you a great product. I will be taking the business to small claims court. The fact that they took the wig to fix it is their admitting to wrong doing. Then to further waste my time and energy, have me drive there to be yelled at and THEN NOT FIX IT. ‍ HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. The owner in text even said I was trying to guilt them into getting a free wig. This isn't the case. I simply wanted what I asked for, and I wanted it completed before my event. I made an appointment with one of the owners Veronika over the phone and she was super sweet. When I got there Brian took me in and listened to my concerns he gave me a onoplex treatment because of my very dry ends and then a blowout. I felt like me again. If I could give the southern temple 10 stars I totally would! I am a six year breast cancer survivor and I had a chemo call taxotere which caused permanent extreme than Ness and for me to lose my eyebrows. I've went to multiple places to try and get my hair back and nothing worked. I ended up getting a hair system that was simply a topper and then I went on vacation to Los Angeles. Of course when you're in LA you got a rodeo drive from Beverly Drive. We decided to go for a quick walk around the area and we just happened to stumble upon the southern temple! I worked up the nerve to go in and question them about different types of wigs that would be good for me. And that's when I met Veronika! She is such an amazing woman and so very caring and helpful!
