If you purchase hair extensions or wig, the fee is credited towards your purchase. Consider this an education about your hair and what would work best for your hair type and lifestyle. It is not a sales job to sell you hair products, or worse, advocating attachment methods that ruin your hair, such as glueing and taping, which she never does. You won't find anyone better than Linda Leigh for hair extensions. She is a true artist. A genius at what she does. There are many people out there doing extensions, but few if any are truly dedicated to the craft. After seeing Linda for several years,my natural hair is in great condition and I have NEVER had a problem with my extensions. In fact I barely need a colorist because she does such a great job choosing variations in color. She takes a lot of time sourcing the best hair ( a big problem I had in the past) and attaching/reattaching so that your natural hair is not damaged. She truly cares. I could go on and on. My mom went to Linda before she started chemo and at first was impressed with her sympathetic deminor. When she received the first wig, that's when things changed. She did not get what she asked for. My mom who had already lost her hair and was emotional asked Linda if she could fix it by making it how she originally requested. That is when everything changed. She became curt, cold and angry at the request. When it came back it still wasn't right and Linda was once again rude. I thought my mom was being overly sensitive so today I went to pick up the finished product with her. Linda was dismissive, rude, did not seem particularly proud of what she did. She threw it in a bag and didn't even thank us for her business. Although the wig is beautiful, Linda's actions would not be a reason to go to her again. I don't "yelp" very often, however Linda has gone out of her way by meeting me on Sundays since that's my only day off. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in hair pieces. She will work with you and offer you solutions to fit your work and lifestyle. I ordered a hairpiece and couldn't be happier. She added more hair where needed and later thinned other areas on the hair piece that I thought was too thick. Linda and my husband said it looked fine however I thought it looked too full since I normally see myself as having little hair. I also purchased a clip-on extension and it works great for my purpose. LINDA IS A GODDESS!!!!!! What beauty treament have I EVER had that I can say this about; after nine hours (poor darlings! patient Linda and Laura:)!) in her chair, my life has been completely changed!!!! I went in with the leftover remains of a bad henna disaster; GREEN, sad, multilayered , SHORT ugly hair that made me look like a soccer mom when I am anything but..still happily single, and need to look hot! I have been SO depressed from my bad hair..I never thought I could find anyone to do realistic lookng extensions on me because my hair is SUPER thick and of course, short now, and every time i have gotten extensions before I had a mullet/mushroom head effect with very bad stringy looking hair poking out long beneath my quite obvious natural hair above it. And I went to some people before that do movie stars etc! and they stank! and gave me bad quality hair- after one or two washes (and after having paid thousands of dollars) the hair was melting and stringy.. NOT WITH LINDA!!!! I LOVE HER! The easiest way to describe what she did for me is to describe a morning in my life after she did my hair- I went to breakfast in Malibu, saw (a famous cute surfer ) , who is an old surfing buddy, he did not recognize me, BUT WAS CHECKING ME Out ! all through breakfast...ok and then the waitress, who has been serving me for almost ten years said "YOU SHOULD WEAR YOUR HAIR DOWN MORE OFTEN, IT LOOKS SO PRETTY!" they look so natural no one had any ide they aren't my own!!I keep getting compliments on "my" hair!! and men stare at me, and I get honked at when I walk my dogs on PCH ..this is so much fun I can't even tell you!!! I am never taking these extensions out!!! she is really an artist, and she makes sure you have thebest quality hair- i love this hair, and I wish I could find whoever grew it to hug them..it is such beautiful quality, and I feel so sexy and radiant and happy- ! go to Linda!!! don't even bother looking anywhere else!! she is a true perfectionist and an artist and a beautiful human being, thank you Linda!!!!!! A couple years back, I went to this salon for a free consultation. I decided that I couldn't afford it. Fast forward to today. I left a phone message saying that I was interested and I was in a couple of years ago, but I wanted another consultation. A man phoned me right back and they had an appointment today. Half way to the salon (keep in mind I live in Weatlake Village), the man phoned me and reminded me I was in a couple of years ago. I explained the situation. He then informed me that the consultation was $80.00. I told him that I was never charge before. He said it was overlooked last time, but won't be today. I'm looking to spend $3k to 5k and they want to charge me 80 bucks!!!! Absolutely insane, especially when other very excellent salons offer free consultations. I don't care if it will go to the cost of purchase. Plus, couldn't he have said something before I wasted the gas heading down there?!? Also, if I remember correctly, their other services, which are usually required for proper upkeep, are also extremely expensive, much more to other salons of the same caliber. Clearly, this place wants to nickel and dime you for everything. read more

I love this salon. I found this salon when searching for an expert in treating damaged hair/ hair breakage and I have been completely satisfied with their services. Linda, the owner is so knowledgable in caring for damaged, thinning hair and has really helped me restore the condition of my hair. Laura, the other stylist, is also very nice and friendly, and takes her time to be very thorough when applying conditioning treatments. This salon also specializes in making human hair wigs by hand. Whenever I am in the salon, Linda and Laura are always working on wigs during down time. I know they have helped many individuals regain their confidence in their appearance.
