We only asked to be reimbursed for the deductible on our homeowners policy, to which the owner refused to take responsibility and accused us of turning the system on and letting it freeze. This means you have to turn off the water and now you can't even use a hose outside until they can get there. They are not responsive and act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. Dew drop made a simple repair at a very low cost. Unbelievable how they could have taken advantage of us, but were honorable and did not.
