highly reliable. knowledgeable. gets the job done... and then some…read more just bought a house, and the lawn was torn up for the septic. sprinkler lines were cut. attempted to call the installer and never received a call back. nothing. so, i call the sprinkler guy, and low and behold, he called back that very evening (like he promised). he visited, gave us the low down on what he needed to do- gave us a great price and scheduled us right away. we're still waiting on a call back from installer, and our system is not only fixed - but, rich, the sprinkler guy also walked us through how to use it! he showed us things that we'd never have figured out, and gave us valuable tips on maintenance, and how to get our lawn back on track. on top of all of this good stuff, he's going to close our system at the end of the season for a fraction of the price that the previous owners were paying the original installer. i can't recommend the sprinkler guy enough. just a really good guy, who knows his job very well and has reasonable prices- a dying breed, i'd say. thanks rich! we look forward to seeing you again in the fall! go with this guy. you'll be glad you did.

I had the guys come out and they did a great job of putting in a longer well line to eliminate the issue. Now for the second part: it should never have come to this having to be done. It seems the guy who did the original install of the well pipe did not measure the well depth correctly. I had to have it lowered an additional 13 feet. The water/air issue did not manifest itself for 6 years so there was no warranty and I had to pay for this mistake. So I rate the work the guys did to correct it as 5 stars. For the original work, no stars. I'll be kind and make it a total of 2 stars. Update: Jersey Shore called to apologize for the error made with the original incorrect well depth measurement and I was informed that I will get a full refund on the cost for the fix. This was unexpected but it is nice to know that some companies will stand by the work they do. 5 stars earned.

We used to get good times for the opening service, now we are lucky if they show up before Memorial Day with no flexibility. So this year, we contracted them again, but couldn't wait since May was warm and we had planting done which needed water. I called twice to see if they could accommodate earlier (one day in early May they were literally on our block)... "nope sorry". That said, we turned the system on ourselves and it was running well for 3 weeks until our appt on May 20th. We kept the appointment since we already paid Tech arrives, and I told him "system is on, I did it myself... not your fault but your scheduling team had no flex to accommodate, so please just check to make sure the heads and system is working" The service tech (who was nice, and to be fair we never had problems with their demeanor or kindness.. techs always nice and respectful over the years) went out and did his thing and then knocked on the door 10-15 mins later saying all looked good. Fast forward to today, 4 days later... and I notice the daily running of the sprinklers is not happening. Hmm.... coincidence it was working well when I turned it on, A&C comes, and now its not!?! . . So I go out and look, and what do you know, during our paid for professional service, the tech turned off the valve at the backflow preventer so the water wasn't flowing to the system. You would think a tech pro would know that a value turned so its NOW perpendicular to the pipe is going to turn it off. On that note, time to end the relationship. 3 good years, 2 ok years, 2 bad years . . Spent too much time myself this year given we had a contract, and got ZERO value out of it.

Horrendous service, completely dishonest brand…read more After my contractor hired them, it took me 10 months to get them down to repair a head that didn't pop up, and to move 2 heads into the property line after they installed them way out (one of them being basically behind a neighbors house). When they finally did show, they had the gall to try to bill me $1,000 for that. After making it clear that in every single phone call before I made it clear that I do not agree to pay for repairs, and it would be covered under warranty, they continued to harass me to pay for "opening", which I also explicitly said I will do myself, and do not need them to do if they intent to charge me. At this point, they claim they will be sending the bill to collections, despite me never hiring them, or requesting them do any services that come at a cost to me. Complete dishonest clown show.
