This means you have to turn off the water and now you can't even use a hose outside until they can get there. If it happens at the height of the summer heat, your lawn is cooked. all the water and $$$ you spent in it are for nothing. They are not responsive and act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. Dew drop made a simple repair at a very low cost. Unbelievable how they could have taken advantage of us, but were honorable and did not.
