He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. After speaking with a multitude of companies, I was met with many dead ends. With these previous companies, communication would stop or people wouldn't show. Then I contacted Christensen Computer Company. Richard called me very shortly after I sent a request. He was flexible with scheduling a day to come look at our cameras. He was very communicative during the whole process and always made sure I received a call back. When he got here to look at the camera, he immediately started investigating. I don't know much about cameras, but I knew our system was older and had a LOT going on. I could tell right away, Richard was very knowledgeable. He immediately spotted all the little pieces of our system and how it was connected, and confirmed it did have a LOT going on. However, this did not deter him. Richard explained to me how our system was set up and started talking about different solutions depending on the problem. Our camera ended up needing a simple fix and it has been working great since. Our office is now talking about installing more cameras for increased security. He was very patient with all my questions, gave me a few good options, and was very understanding about our requests for estimates. We will definitely be keeping his info on hand for when we install the cameras, or if we ever need IT work. Thank you again Richard!

Never use these hacks. They are completely inept - they're rude & have no sense of customer…read moreservice. Wouldn't trust them to change a lightbulb. They charged me to break my laptop that was working completely fine & just needed a new fan. I pick it up from them, they didn't replace the fan, the old fan is louder than ever, & the screen now doesn't work. What did these guys do? They then called me telling me to buy a worse laptop from them for $100-off a $900 laptop (the one they broke was $1500). Bunch of guys who have no idea what they're doing & don't care about the customer. Never trust them. TLDR: Charged me $100 to break my laptop
