Contacted through Home Advisors, made a quick appointment with the friendly receptionist. The following week, Bill visited us. He was so nice, investigating our needs, our home structure and estimates he can keep within our budget. Simple kitchen cupboards and countertop lighting. Started. I was told more than once people would be here and no one has shown up. Not impressed. simple 10x10 cement pad with sidewalk (done and very nice). Cleanup not done on cement and it's been a week, part of the mess is on the neighbors property. I was told they have 7 kitchens in the works. I wish they had just pushed mine back. I have no kitchen day 9 5 weeks before my kitchen was done. One cabinet had to be remade because it was not correctly measured, so the granite had to wait. The sink could not be installed until granite was put in. If you use a contractor put in a clause that if not finished in due time.... $ off per day. read more

Didn't even get far enough to hire. Made an appointment. Day of the appointment received a phone call an hour after the scheduled time. Oops. Forgot appointment. Rescheduled. Wonderful couple showed up, took pictures and videos, measured, asked questions, gave ideas. Nice. Scheduled an appointment to go over kitchen design. Never showed. No phone call. Waste of our time twice. Sigh. Wouldn't recommend. Glad this happened before we might have hired. read more

We hired this company do remodel our bathroom in November of 2017 and gave them a third of the cost as a deposit. After several weeks of not hearing from them I finally got them to begin work in mid December and the job was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks. We supplied everything accept the construction material. After then demo was completed in December, they wanted more money, about 3/4 of the total cost. By April of 2018 they had still not completed the work but had broken a $250 medicine cabinet door, damaged the new tub, chipped and scratched the marble floor and damaged the walls in the living room and hall leading to the bathroom. They also either took or threw out other items we purchased such as door knobs. They appear to have used random parts since none of the outlets or switches match. The quality of the work was very poor and they failed to city code inspections and never had the electrical inspected. After complaining about the work and damage, they abandoned the job and would not respond to us, HomeAdvisor who recommended them, the arbitrator HomeAdvisor set up or our attorney. We had to hire another contractor to complete the work, try to fix some of the poor quality work they did and repair the damage. It has cost us a lot of extra money and nine months later have a disappointing bathroom and no recourse against this terrible company. I would avoid them at all cost. They told us about how they had changed and the bad reviews were before the owner Manny made changes which is clearly not true and Manny only cares about getting your money. read more

Run...do not walk...run away from this company. They talk a great talk but they are a very poorly run company with very subpar tradesman that do the work. We had a consultation on 6/2/2017, of course the salesman is no longer with the company...spoke with him about the poor workmanship and he tells me that is why he left the company...tired of customers complaining about how horrible this place is. We were told that our job was an 6 to 8 week job, we new there would be unforeseen issues as with all remodels so we shot for 10 to 11 weeks thinking that would be plenty of time....oh no....was not even close. October was when they were trying to finish...even then, small items took us into November. Now we have cabinets that do not close properly....our new ceiling has cracks in it and do you think we can get a call back....nope. Attorneys have been called so hopefully we can close this place down so no one else will have to go through what we did. If we could give negative stars they would have many!! read more

This is the most disorganized company I have ever seen. I had two bathrooms remodeled which they took twice as long to complete as promised. Workers did not show up as promised. They ask 35% down at signing and 35% when work begins. It turns out they do not order any materials until they receive their 70%. I refused to pay the second 35% when the demo started because I wanted to make sure they had the materials. I was told they were in the warehouse but when I asked to have them delivered to my home, they told me it would take 10 to 14 days to get the materials. Some of the materials came in wrong and had to be re-ordered. I was very disappointed in the tile workmanship and had them replace some but it still was very uneven. I gave up and accepted it because it was 4 months of total mess in my home. They sent in a cleaning service when the job was almost done. I was told they didn't move anything. I found out that they didn't even move my candle. Don't count on anything they say. They change project managers monthly. My job started in January and I had 4 different managers. Nobody knows what has gone on before so there is no continuity to the job. STAY AWAY from CMK!!! read more
