I called Jon from tri county heating and he was able to fit us in between appointments that same day to assess the situation. Despite being super busy and a challenge with finding a new furnace on short notice, he was able to get us up and running in two days. He could have sold us a larger furnace same as we had but he indicated that we didn't need such a big one and saved us some money. With my Mom being 85, It's reassuring to know that we have found someone we can trust and who will be responsive. He even lent us some personal space heaters for the days we were without heat. Took almost 4 months for them to actually do the project. When they did come I could see there was water damage and asked them to stop so we could look at it and talk to the insurance. The guys said if I bought some wood panels they would fix it. Now it's been a couple years and my plaster inside is falling apart because they never really fixed anything, and there's bugs and tons of damage. Had I just gone through my insurance from the start they would have repaired all this, now I have to pay to have it done.
