I went with the herbal pedicure and had a fantastic experience. It was the last full day we had in Florida and wanted to end it having a relaxing time. My husband got the cucumber pedicure and he came out loving it. I had a warm neck pillow that was infused herbs and honestly it worked wonders as well as a heating pad for my cramps. It was a truly relaxing environment and service was great. Each person gets a new pack of tools so it makes it feel even more clean and professional. I hope to come back to Florida and have another pedicure experience here. Although I thought it pushy, I gave her 5 stars. After the gels grew out, I discovered how badly my nail beds had been thinned by the dremel she had used to remove the old polish. They were so sensitive I couldn't put anything on them for 3 months. they were thin and fragile. I impulsively went back for another gel manicure 2 weeks ago and saw a different nail tech, Tina. She also did a nice job, and I tipped her $25. After less than a week, 2 gels fell off. I went back and she repaired them. Within a week after, 2 more nails fell off while I was preparing food. UNACCEPTABLE. it takes a lot to make me upset enough to take the time to write a bad review. I'm that upset with this business.

They had a woman who could see me right away for a dip, so I sat at one of the tables. She brought over the selection of dip colors for me to choose from, and at most they had a total of 20-30 color options which really limited my holiday color choices. I had hoped for red, but the 4 or 5 available didn't suit my skin color, so I went with green. They did seem to have more gel color options. The technician did a good job, although I don't love the shape of my nails, and I wonder how long they'll last since one already feels like it's lifting from the cuticle area. Since this was a dip, not a regular manicure, fortunately not many tools were necessary. I say fortunately, because there were not sterilized tools, or even the pretense of sterilization, anywhere in sight. While my manicure is fine for now, due to lack of color options, lack of overall cleanliness, and the fact that it cost $50 for my basic dip nails before tip, I don't see me becoming a regular.

I paid for the service for my nails but didn't tip due to his attitude and that he blatantly lied about not doing natural nails. I'm still pissed that my nails were cut off to put on fake nails which were my original length.
