I had made an appointment to see if I could get into a study but because it was so popular, there was still a chance that I would not make it. They put me on the schedule to be screened anyway because cancellations do happen. The staff in suite 175 were really great and kept me informed. Fast forward to the screening day and I had a call from Casey that they were full. I was dejected but about a hour later she called me back and sure enough there was a cancellation and I was back on the schedule. I went over to suite 420 for the screening and met with Ivy. She's wonderful and made the screening seem very quick, doing lab work, biometrics, questionnaires, and medical authorizations. I was approved for the study and I'm so excited for it! There's always a chance that you will not qualify for it because they are looking for specific candidates or for your own safety so don't get discouraged. read more

This place is great. They have different studies you can participate in. All of the staff is super kind and friendly. The place is very clean and well kept. I have had to have blood work and the person draining the blood was very good. No problems. Appointments normally run very smoothly. I enjoy coming and participating in these studies. I'm here to see if I meet the requirements for one blood pressure study. read more

I have been going here for sometime. The treatment is good but since they changed the cards and you never get paid is ridiculous. Don't offer compensation if you're not going to give it. I'm done going to appointments and filling weekly questionnaires out . Had an appointment at 9am, it's almost 8pm and still nothing. With the old cards it never took more then an hour. So if you decide to visit here thinking the "compensation" sounds good... it's not. You're going to miss work and not get anything in return. read more

My mom has been a patient at CNS for about a year and a half. She just finished her clinical trial for an Alzheimer's drug. The staff has been stellar, professional, courteous, friendly, punctual and all those good things. We love our caseworker and the doctor. We received a stipend every time we made a doctor visit which made it even more enjoyable. Mom received excellent extra medical care as well as the research medical requirements. I do not understand why more people do not participate in the studies. If I could participate in multiple ones back to back I certainly would. read more

Dr. Joyce is an excellent psychiatrist. First rate diagnostician, psychotherapist and psychopharmacologist.

I scheduled an appointment to be part of a study. I was even called the day before the appointment and discussed my appointment with an employee of this joke of a company. The day of my appointment o drove 30 minutes to get there, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room to find out they were no longer accepting people into the study. This company is an absolute joke. The lady acted as if they did nothing wrong in not informing me prior to wasting my day. Absolutely unprofessional. read more

All the staff at CNS is wonderful and empathetic to your condition. I am very thankful that they worked with me and helped me thru. Dr. Joyce is amazing and a really appreciated talking to him and how he made me feel like I was in the living room of a home talking about everyday things (nutrition and plants lol); I truly miss him and my coordinator. Dr. Joshi is wonderful. She's been working with me for years. She has helped me get through tough times and has always been there for me whenever I needed her, even in last minute circumstances. Now I am moving away and will have a hard time finding a psychiatrist that meets her caliber. read more

It took me years to find somewhere that I could find serious help with my mental health issues. Not only did the staff at CNS find me a program, they found me help. Out of any place I've tried, I first found success in recovery here. Dr. Joyce, Susan, Brett and Ian were supportive and caring. I didn't feel like just patient, scrutinized and under a microscope, i felt like their interest was getting me better. Even after my program ended they made sure i would still have what i need to continue on the path they set me on. Every visit it seemed like they went out of their way on a personal level. If this is how they normally treat everybody that comes in, then I believe they are doing the world a lot of good. I only wish i could continue to go here as my primary.
