The quote he gave me for a repair ended up being half what he thought the fix would take so it was cheaper than his quote. He was done in about 45 mins. Installed new locks and knob, rekeyed other lock to match, and fixed an issue with our door frame that made locking up difficult. With such great reviews, we felt confident calling this company to get help with a lock out situation. Even though we were told they would be there in half an hour, we received a second call after twenty minutes from a different person saying they were twenty five minutes away. With weather conditions the way they are, we can understand the delay but the second tech didn't seem to know we'd been contacted by the first tech. In all, we waited for over an hour for someone to come by. After unlocking the house, the cost was much higher than what others had said they had paid in similar circumstances. While we've learned our lesson the hard way to ask for a quote up front, I suspect we would not have been quoted the amount we paid if we had requested a quote. We understand hazard pay and it being evening, but it was pretty steep. Lesson learned for future issues. read more

Someone broke into the locked key box outside our house and I found myself in immediate need of a locksmith. So I asked for bids via Yelp. Omer called right away and sounded knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I got a few other bids, all similar pricing, but Omer sounded the most confident and friendly and he was available right away. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he rekeyed all 7 of my locks and gave me some security advice, too. We needed to change out a total of 10 deadbolts and knobs and I was feeling a little stressed because they had to be the right color and style for our mid century modern home so he rushed over to his supplier (nearby) and messaged photos of the color and type of lock I had described. We needed five locks to the house changed along with locks to two garage doors and the mailbox and had limited time to get it done. Omar came out to change the locks and had the job completed in the time frame we needed to have it done by. The next day, when we had a problem with the garage door locks not working properly, Omar came out and replaced the locks a second time with no charge. Chen was super responsive to book the appointment, and very flexible. We bought a new house and had Philip come out to replace the existing locks. He changed every lock including 5 new door knobs, a new electronic deadbolt, replaced existing deadbolts, and mailbox lock working super quickly and efficiently in just a few hours. Since it was a new home, he advised additional security measures to take as well, and was super reasonable on all of the work he did, which included getting a couple new knobs and deadbolts to get the job done.
