I posted images of the 14ft queen palm we needed removed, and at first I was skeptical as it seemed every other quote was double, triple or quadruple that of Treepro's. My suspicion is that the other companies didn't pay attention to the specs on my tree and assumed it was some massive fan palm. They kept giving me separate quotes for clear-cutting it with add-on costs for stump removal. Treepro did it all for one price and their service was professional and thorough. Communication: After leaving Yelp, all communications with Ron was via text, which was very convenient! He was super responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment for about a week out. Date of Service: A team of 4-5 arrived to my house within the projected time window. They were very friendly and respectful to my property. They had to engage in a feat of acrobatics to remove the tree which was in a tight spot between the pool and the backwall, but they did it in about 20 minutes and took measures to ensure no dirt or debris got into the pool.
