I let him cut some corners as he complained relentlessly about how much work it was trying to shake me down for more $ because he let his help go. They did a good job on what they did (less than what we agreed to) so I tipped an additional $200 as I wanted to retain them and felt bad the owner got left hanging for a long time. I contacted them to do a tree trim 2 weeks ago, no reply to several texts, etc. My friend contacted them and got same day service.... maybe if I was a girl I would have been helped as fast as she was? Vicky and Johnny trimmed and cleaned all of our trees (front and backyard - Total of 5 trees), trimmed our small palm, removed a dead tree and blew out our front and backyards. Since the first interaction I had with Palmtrees "R" Us, I was blown away. I requested a quote through yelp and Vicky responded promptly indicating that she could schedule me in for a free consultation the next day. The next day, Palmtrees "R" Us showed up at 5, the time Vicky said they would. They were both super friendly during the consultation and after a few minutes of interacting with them, I could tell that they were extremely knowledgeable.
