Richard was an awesome employee. He greeted me, asked if I was looking for something specific, found two purses in the back after I described what I wanted, showed me several wallets, gave me a list of discount prices, offered extended warranties on their products, and was such a friendly man. I love this store. My daughters and I have been buying their beautiful bags for years. They don't wear out or go out of style. For the life of me, I don't "get" Coach. Why would I want to carry around some canvas bag with little "C"s all over it? In fairness and with full disclosure, I have to admit I am not a Coach fan. If you lose your mind over Coach, then this is a must-stop store for you. When I'm at this outlet center, I'll stop in Coach just to check out the leather goods (I found a gorgeous pair of leather gloves here once for $25 and that find just keeps me coming back). The majority of shoppers here go absolutely bonkers for the handbags. The prices are cheap and they always have some sort of percent-off sale they are promoting. BE WARNED that some of the handbags here are made exclusively for the outlet stores, so they are made much more cheaply than Coach bags you'd buy at a department store. Be sure to carefully inspect your bags before buying, you'll see the flimsy handles, rough fabric, etc. Once in a while you can find a score here but not very often. The store is often overrun with crazed shoppers so watch out. I also think the employees are pretty snobby, they always seem to have their noses stuck up in the air when I shop here. read more

This is such a small store compared to the other outlet stores I've been to. As a guy that likes Coach products, I was very disappointed at the small selection this store has to offer...belts and a few wallets. Just a small stand in the middle of the store. There was a small selection on the clearance wall, but it suits the size of the store. The bigger stores I've been to provides a better selection and variety, especially for men. read more

I had a horrible experience at the Coach Outlet store in Park City with a salesperson name is Katia on Saturday, October 29, 2022. This particular salesperson was incredibly demeaning and belittling. Katia was combative and argumentative. I was returning a bag that I had purchased two weeks ago that I hadn't used. I had my original receipt. Katia didn't look at the receipt and rudely stated I purchased the bag over a month ago and wouldn't return it. The date on the receipt had been two weeks and was well within their return policy. Katia didn't even look at my receipt. Katia had already made up her mind she wasn't going to help me. Katia's customer service skills are more an association at a Dollar store not of something of a name brand store as Coach. Katia had a cold demeanor. She wasn't warm and friendly. Will never return to this store location. read more

This is the smallest coach store I've been to. The staff was helpful. We went on Black Friday so the store was completely packed, but the somehow kept it neat! They had a 70% off your entire purchase so we ended up saving over $1200 you can't beat that at all! So although the selections wasn't exactly what we were looking for they had enough to choose from! read more

I don't understand all of the hate pointed at this store. We're up here on vacation and I needed a nice backpack and wallet so we went to this store to check some of there stuff out. I came about with a wallet and coach backpack after paying $170 from the original $550 and the quality of the backpack seems the same as the ones from real coach stores that aren't just for outlets and I have good experience with inspecting products of higher quality from all of the mainstream exotic brands. The workers here were nice and helpful and I definitely recommend this store to others. read more

I have many Coach Bags. I have been to many Original Coach stores. (Not outlets). I have never had such horrible customer service. On our vacation, we visited the outlet mall and went into the Coach store.i didn't realize at the time I had left a bag full of clothes from Eddie Bauer in the store. When I got home a couple days after, I realized I had left the bag. I called and talked to a manager at this store to see if I could pay to have my clothes mailed to me.i explained I lived out of state and could not go get them. The manager promptly told me that they were not able to mail them. But they would hold them for me for a couple days. So helpful. Very rude and actually did nothing to help me at all. Puts a huge stain on my thought of Coach as a brand. I did get help from Eddie Bauer who went and got my bag and promptly sent it. I will never enter that store again read more
