The service here is excellent. The ladies taught me how to take advantage of the sales and I was able to find some amazing pieces with their help. There is a lot of selection to pick from!!! Not only is this store iconic, but the employees here are the absolute best. We overstayed past closing time because people were trying to find sizes for us, and other employees continued to point out things we might like and just in general talked to us and were so friendly and helpful. Not a single person made us feel like we shouldn't be there or that we were putting them out. Absolutely first class service and an amazing experience. This is a very nice outlet store. It's super neat, orderly, clean and well stocked. My biggest complaint is that half of the stuff for sale is of a lower quality than the "real" retail Polo Ralph Lauren garments because it's made specifically for the outlet. That means shirts, dresses and slacks that still have the Polo label but are of poorer quality. The prices will be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Be sure to check the real clearance racks for some decent deals. This really isn't much of an "outlet" store because the prices are still steep. This location has a particularly nice home section with great beach towels and linens. read more

Poor service and poor manager. Had to walk out of the store today. Had a pair of pants and went to check out. Cashier #1 could not find bar code. Had price but no bar code. Manager was asked to assist and she could have cared less. She spent the next 5-10 minutes doing something but came back with I don't know what. Then cashier #2 rung me up with wrong price. Then argued with me that it was right. At this point I could have cared less and just left my purchase and walked out. Bought better and cheaper pants at next store. read more

My husband is a huge Polo fan. Me? Not so much. The clothing is comfy and lasts a long time, but it's overpriced and there are more affordable options that still have great quality. I own one Polo article of clothing and that's only because it was a gift. However, since my husband loves it, I still find myself checking out this store a couple times of year. The deals here are generally not very good, but every once in awhile you will hit a good sale. Over the last seven years I haven't seen the inventory change very much. The sweaters and polos all look the same and feel the same. Why don't they have different colors every year or season? Doesn't make sense! On the bright side, my husband almost has one of every color so soon we will just be skipping over this store. read more

Worst shopping experience ever!!!! Everyone of the employees the day I was there 11/15/2019 at 3:pm need to be fired, especially the Manager! I went in to go buy my grandmother a birthday present for that day, I was hoping to find a nice Valore jumpsuit for her. Not one single person greeted me or said hello. There was no one else shopping at that time I was the only one in the store, the store was absolutely empty. I had my two children with me a 2year-old and a 4year old. I had taken in my stroller and gave the kids a few snacks to occupy them. Well as time went on I was having a really difficult time finding what I was needing no one in that store had even asked me if I needed any help, it was like a ghost town. I saw two of the male employees talking with each other like they had nothing else to do. Since I was having such a difficult time finding an outfit and size that worked for my grandmother, it started to get a little bit lengthy while I was there. The kids got out of the stroller and started walking around and playing hiding go seek right behind me. I kept an eye on them as I can hear them having fun and not causing any trouble. And then I turned around and saw my 2year-old grabbing some shirts off of the shelf so I hurried over there and started picking up the shirts and folding them nicely and putting them right back. Then One of the employees saw me putting the shirts back and he came over grabbed the shirts out of my hand and took them, I apologize to him and he just looked at me and gave me a bad look. He then walked back over to the other employee's and started mocking me, as they all then looked at me and rolled their eyes at me. So I went back to trying to match my outfit and irritated by the lack of service and rudeness I was receiving. I then heard a crash. I turned around to see where my kids went and sure enough they made it behind a wall where one of the manikins had fallen down. The manager started walking very fast and rudely towards me and started yelling at me that I was an incompetent mother not watching my children. I asked him how I can get to them since they were behind a wall and he just went on as to saying that if I was watching them I would know. I then told him that everybody in the store has been very rude to me and has not asked for my help at all, I would've been out of the store along time ago if somebody would've helped me. He just went on yelling at me and telling me that I needed to get my children out of the store and leave. He walked back by the manikin grabbed my child out of the way so he can push the manikin back up. I told him I was going to report this he then mocked me and called me names. I pulled my phone out to start Recording and then he stopped and walked away. I just put down my big handful of clothes and walked out with my children to go report this incident. I never want to go shopping in that store as long as he works there!!! I will spread the news. He is tall scrawny thin blondish reddish hair with glasses some facial hair. Women with children whatever you do, do not go shopping in there or you will get the cold shoulder. read more

i went to polo to exchange a dress and the sales associate who greeted me did not know if they had that dress. after i found it on my own in the store, another associate asked me if i needed a "vest." i explained i needed a dress and found the area on my own. they did not have my size so i shopped around for a shirt for my husband. again, had to find the type of shirt on my own and when i asked another associate, he didn't know where to find the slender cut shirts i needed. i had to walk around to find someone to let me in the dressing room, despite the 10 workers there. and when i was checking out, the dress amount was more than the shirts i bought and the man who rung me up put in the wrong price for one of the shirts then messed up on inputting my address 2x. this was all very frusterating since polo is a high end store ($64 for a shirt) and i pretty much had to do it all myself and care for my baby. all the while the manager was there seeing the check out happen. don't know if these inexperienced workers are holiday help...but they need some training. very disappointed. read more
