This smallish outlet shop is located in Arrowhead Village. As my wife busied herself perusing their large selection of purses, I found myself in the little area devoted to men and immediately spotted some wallets at great prices. I hadn't intended on buying anything when I walked in but quickly decided this was the time to replace my worn-out wallet with the stylish, excellent-quality one I was now holding in my hand. I couldn't pass up the sweet discount. The women working here were very friendly and helpful, happily answering a few questions I had. Although we have a home in Lake Arrowhead I rarely shop at the Village, but we decided to take our dogs out for a walk and I popped in Coach for the first time. Although there was major construction going on with barricades up a few feet from the entrance, that apparently made no difference, as the shop was hopping with clientele. I was immediately impressed by the overall layout which was neat as a pin and all bags and accessories were elegantly displayed. There was a beautiful trans person working the floor which made me smile. I was very impressed with this store which gave Beverly Hills vibes with down to Earth prices. read more

The only nice store left at the village of Lake Arrowhead. I always stop by and look around. They always have nice things at great prices. I saw boots for the winter that went down for $169 but they didn't have my size. That's the only bad thing here. It sells out fast. Really nice jackets for under $300 and bags starting from $49. I saw some nice scarves and sweaters that will make great Xmas gifts for family members. If you are in the area make to stop by and check them out. I love this Coach Store in The Village. It has a good selection of items and wonderful service. I'm definitely an accessories girl, and when I spotted the sales sign in the window, I had to stop in. This store had so many beautiful handbags, clothing, and accessories. There was also a fairly large clearance section here as well. With a small men's section, the guys were browsing the belts and wallets here too. I was also impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was. This store had a lot of fun items. I visited this store in December and I was very disappointed in the staff. Usually when I visit a Coach store the workers have calculators and will tell you the sale price off the tag. I asked this male staff and he said. You can download our app and it will tell you. I looked around. It's not like they were busy at all. They had just opened! It only takes a sec to help me with the calculations. I'd have to get my phone out. Wait for the app to DL and so on. Never seen a lady person at any Coach stores before lol. It's all good. Super arrogant people. I'm a dedicated shopper here. I got here six minutes before closing. Doors were locked. I called the store to let him know I just need to grab one gift for a coworker. I know exactly what it is and it's still not 6 PM yet. Instead they put me on hold to tell me that they were closed even though they had a whole bunch of shoppers in there. We came in looking for something high quality for my mom to use and we ended up leaving with 2 bags for her and one travel messenger for me! The prices were amazing because it was at the tail of black friday discounts. Score!!! While in AAROWHEAD this is the place to go! We went mid week while heading back from our cabin and it was the best decision ever. My only complaint was this Asian Lady ( a customer) who was literally buying out the whole joint. I literally had to grab my bag before she came for it. Physically, had it in my hands, and was stalking me to grab it, very uncomfortable lets me clear she had 10 of the same bag! The pan consists of doing a quick glance of the store to see if anything catches my eye. If it does, I go straight for it and grab it. This is standard practice at Coach outlets. This is why you will find women with 20 purses hanging from every appendage. Coach outlets are filled with crazy women who will not hesitate to cut a bitch for a Coach purse so you need to be quick. They have a very loud and very friendly greeter working at the front of the store. Too bad her enthusiasm doesn't carry over into the other employees... After I was yelled a HELLO, WELCOME TO COACH, WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE TODAY!!! I was promptly ignored for the rest of my stay. Now, I kind of like being ignored in stores. It's much better than the alternative, being pestered for every little thing, but when I am looking at an item and I see an employee standing around staring at me, I don't like it. At least smile at me. Or is that too much to ask? After about 10 minutes, I was approached by a sullen girl who asked if I needed any help finding anything. I replied that I was just browsing. Then she retorted, "Oh, you didn't find anything that caught your eye yet?" Uh, no. I'm just browsing...is that okay with you? Jeez. Too much pressure here.
