Stopped by with my boyfriend because I couldn't resist the adorable Valentine's Day display. The Cassie bag with the heart strap caught my eye and I knew I needed her (plus it was the last in stock). I ordered a bag on line for my wife. Obviously I got the wrong bag. We went to the store to see about making an exchange for something else. And of course, I lost my receipt. As we walk in, with an amazing smile Amethyst welcomed us into the store and was quick to help us. She gave my wife a ton of options in style, size, and colors. I usually shop at LV but since I'm a mother of two I like using either Michael Kors or Coach bags as diaper bags. Well I walked in and there were two associates talking and I guess because I had two kids and didn't look rich. They decided not to ask for my help. I was going in there with the intention to buy and I'm glad that I didn't. I don't want to support businesses with rude customer service. So on that note. I was excited to purchase my bag from this location and when I got home I noticed they had packed the wrong color. I called to inform them of the error immediately and they reassured me they had packed the correct color and that it would be in the back for me to come in and swap out the bags. I mentioned how my receipt was not inside the bag either as the associate accidentally printed it out instead of emailing it to me. I went in the next morning (Saturday) I spoke to an associate she then went to the manager who was the same person I spoke to the night before. He proceeded doing what I assumed was printing out my copy of the receipt, but instead he was exchanging the original color I selected for the wrong one they gave me. I explained that no I wanted the black purse and was given the white one and I was here to get the one I actually purchased. He then had to redo the exchange for the original color I wanted. I then went to explain how the tag I got was also the wrong color, he mentioned that it was a Saturday and they were very busy (mind you I got there at 10am as soon as they opened) and yes they had customers but nothing I'd consider busy at 10am. He torn a piece of receipt took down my number and the tag that needed fixing and said someone would call me to confirm and overnight ship the tag to me. I agreed and was understanding especially a week away from Christmas. I never got a call that day nor on Monday. I called Monday night and the associate who picked up the phone said she couldn't assist as this was more for the manager. I expressed how I was upset and wanted you to speak to someone above the manager and if someone could call me the next day. I never got a call on Tuesday instead I got a text message from an associate asking for my address and saying my tag was being shipped. I then shortly I got an email asking how my experience was. I did the survey and expressed my concerns. The next day I had a missed call from the manager saying he wanted to see if I received my tag. I also got a follow up email from another employee at Coach, I was very appreciative of the follow up, as she addressed my concerns and wanted to follow up with a call and another visit to the store. I replied back to her on 12/22 with a few dates and times for us to connect, and I never heard from her again. It is not 1/11 and my emails have gone unanswered. read more

Today, I had an amazing experience at coach with my cousin and employee William. He was literally the best, I would give a 6 Star rate if I could because of him to be honest. I didn't even plan on getting anything from Coach but I left with a new Keith Haring bag and a customize tag he helped me pick out and I do not regret it at all!!! I received a leather Coach belt as a gift 2 years ago. Seldom wore it but it started to harden and now severely fray. I went to the store, they told me to contact corporate. I emailed corporate all the details and they said I needed to call. I then called them, they said I need the gift giver (purchaser) to call and it would be replaced. I had the purchaser call and they told them they would only had a 30 day warrantee. WATCH out luxury customers. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more
