This is the second time using the company and we couldn't be happier. We called using the coupon and after speaking with one of the technicians he consulted us about the other areas and items needed to be cleaned properly. He didn't push any items but recommended the most important things to make a better decision. I'm much happier knowing that the result and longevity is better having invested a little more money now than having them come back more frequent. Don't ever use these people! They have zero integrity. I booked an appointment two months in advance. Confirmed 10 days prior to the appointment date. I was assured that they would be there each time I spoke with them because I was very concerned being that I had a tenant showing up the following day to rent the house. Needless to say they did not show up! My appointment window was 7 to 10:00 a.m. they called The morning of my appointment at 8:30 trying to reschedule because they had someone call in sick. I did all the work necessary to prepare for carpet cleaning such as moving furniture and setting aside the time. They didn't care and they don't deserve your business. read more

BEWARE I got a quote over the phone which was a decent price . I booked the appointment. The " master technician Justin " arrived . Looked at my 3 bedrooms. He was ready to start and handed me his clipboard and Asked " which of the 3 I wanted !" First one was almost $700 , second was $650 and the Third was $480 . I told him I was quoted $40.00 a room and expected to pay about $200 max . He got very aggressive and argumentative about the pricing ! I asked him TO LEAVE OUR PROPERTY ! I made an appointment with Integrity Chem-Dry, as I had used Chem-Dry in the past and was happy. The two technicians came, looked at my extra bedroom carpet, master bedroom and small office. I stated I had a coupon for $40 per room, the technician then writes it up and tells me I have three options. All started at $450.00 and went up from there. I asked him how he came to that price, he said that pretreating the three rooms would be $80.00 per spot, plus $40 per room. Absolutely absurd! Total up sell. Very Interesting.....I called with a online coupon for $60.00 for a room up to 200 sqft. The guy show up and his first question was: when was the carpet clean? then: did your dog urinated? My experience with Integrity Chem-Dry Palm Desert was fantastic! My entire home is tiled with large oriental area rugs in several rooms. Kevin, our technician, was meticulous and polite. Although he said he would normally have a second technician with him on a job as large as ours was, he worked methodically, non-stop by himself from 8:30AM until 3:35PM. The area rugs were cleaned and bone dry in about 2 hours. The Chem-Dry process cleans without leaving my rugs wet and floppy. They still have their original "body", unlike steam cleaning. After finishing all the rugs, Kevin got to work on all my tile. He was able to get the tile and grout back to the same condition as the tile that has been "under cover" with area rugs for 13 years! Just amazing results! Not only would I not hesitate to call Integrity again, but I would also request Kevin as my technician. I'll admit that the pricing is higher than steam cleaning, but the results are way beyond what I could have ever imagined. I had a new area rug not even a week old that yhe dog decided to christian for me....i called and told my tale to the company , and was assured that they would be able to help...told the cost would be 60 dollars plus maybe more for special chemicals. When Jason arrived he said that he would have to charge me for the whole Rug a size he determined to be 10x12 also for deoderizing and chemicals...i said i did not want the furniture moved as it ha just arrived and i would not be able to replace it on my own. He quoted me the price of 470 dollars for the job. In desperation i agreed i could not get ahold of the person i spoke to earlier. They proceeded to clean an area the size of a dinner plate and a bit of the surronding area. i expressed my dissatisfaction and was told they would return and respray or leave me the spray.I chose option two. I have called the company many times and been told a manager would call me back. I have heard not heard a word from them. i found the bill for the rug and it states it is 8x10. Watch out - these guys are crooks! Tim is the owner, and flat out lied to me when I called to speak to someone about the damage they did to my home. They have a coupon it was for $144 - whole house. I expected it to be higher, mine is bigger than 1400 sq.ft. They charged $300 - BASIC CLEANING WITH VACCUUM because it was really a mess from the previous tenant. What they didn't say is they were going to ruin my carpet. He said he should've called the health department it was that filthy. Yes - after he finished it was! He over-charged for about 1300 sq.ft. of carpet, ruined good carpet, left a mess and basically lied and threatened me. Anyone who wants to see the pictures...before and after? I've got them. If you are paid to clean carpet, and you notice there is a problem...stop, don't continue walk off with the money and then badger the client. I'll stick with Stanley Steemer next time. read more

Quoted $120 on the phone. When the two guys showed up, they presented 3 price categories. For super clean, $600. For medium clean, $400 and for basic clean $200. A total scam. They used a machine that looked no better then the ones you can rent yourself. Spots came back the next day. Will never use them again. Beware. read more

Not too impressed. The coupon said they would clean baseboards, sweep entryway, clean entry rug and 1 other item for free. They forgot to clean the dog bed and had to come back after I called. They didn't do any of the other "free" things. The cleaning they recommended was 2.5 times more expensive than the coupon price until I declined and he dropped the price to just under 2x the coupon price...still declined. The carpets look ok but why advertise services you don't actually do. The customer shouldn't have to ask; it should just be done. Your techs should slow down and be more thorough even if they don't get the upsell. read more

Overall it was $120 for the basic cleaning and I do live in a small apt so for me personally I felt it was a bit pricy but let me tell you i'm sure it's much cheaper then getting your carpet replaced!
