Their mechanic department definitely needs improving! I had a jerking with my car from 0 to 20…read moremph. Took it in. They replaced some parts picked it up. It drove worse than when I dropped it off. I asked if the throttlebody plate was cleaned. I was told three different answers. Yes, it was cleaned. No, it wasn't cleaned yet and then it did not need to be cleaned. My breather hose was broken and left like that without my notification. But I was guaranteed that that was not the problem. Had my car for 10 days the first time I took it back for three more days. Was told the problem was my wastegate that I was previously told was fine. I decided not to take it back to have my Westgate replaced because my car would need to be there for another two or three days. I picked up the breather hose that they had broken. I took my intake apart to get to my throttlebody, cleaned my throttlebody and replaced the hose that I was guaranteed was not the problem and my car is fixed. All of these things I mentioned, but apparently they did not believe I knew what I was talking about probably because I was female! Before you take your vehicle there, please know what your engine looks like so you can tell if anything has been broken. I would say females definitely need to beware.! I also asked to have my front brakes done only to find out that the technician felt that they were not a hazard, so chose not to change my brakes. Everything that I suggested or asked to be done as far as the throttle body plate and mass flow air sensor to be cleaned. It was not done. It was basically just ignored.

I dropped off my car and they close at 5:00-5:30 pm I called and said I would be a little late the guy said that wouldn't be a problem the guy was there after hours to give me the keys to my car and the service is great they are very friendly and great on prices too, you can buy a part and take it down there and they will put it in for you or they cant get you the part and do it. I never had any problems with them. I went down with a different car for a friend and the guy asked me how my car been running since and I am always pleased to go here the guy is funny too and doesn't try to get you to get other things done.

I was told by the staff on duty that the battery was dead and needed replacement. I purchased a NEW battery for a little over $100. I left another battery for discount. I brought the NEW battery home and installed it to have the same problem. I took the OLD battery to be tested at another location and was told the OLD battery was fine and did not need replacement. I called the Kragen store back to only have the manager on duty be sarcastic and rude. I am a high school teacher in the area and do not appreciate the level of customer service and unfortanately I will have to let my friends and colleagues know not to shop at that store. How often do you think they are selling products that don't need replacement? This is horrible.
