Forget it Palm Springs Mercedes Benz, it's not worth the aggravation working with you guys!! I called Mercedes Benz of San Diego. They answered the call right away and I was able to schedule service that works for me on my next trip down there. They've always treated me well in San Diego and should have called there first but Palm Springs was close to this home. I've not had much luck ever with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. Didn't fix the problem after paying for new battery, install and new switch, and I suppose Kevin checked afterwards. FYI, I have had my dash cam for years and it was never a problem (installed by professionals) I was instructed that after market equip is not recommended for RR (and I would agree except I've had it for 3 yrs with no problem). It was disconnected when I picked it up and I haven't reconnected it. I literally thought I did my research looking for a RR mechanic but now feel dumb. I approved the work within minutes of receiving estimate. Honestly I wouldn't return. I will take it to my norm mech and find out what is really draining my battery. So it turns out my $ did nothing, new battery that I didn't need, install, new sensors and my car still draining.
