On December 31st I realized I had not used my vision insurance benefits. I decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses since my insurance would cover it. For being a Sunday and New Years Eve they were open!! The receptionist was very knowledgeable about my insurance provider and was very efficient processing my paperwork. I walked in, I did not make an appointment and I was seen by an optician quickly. I was in and out in under an hour. They have hundreds of glasses to choose from. They have basic frames if your on a budget to higher end brands like Ray-Ban, Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana Etc. After my order was placed they informed me it would take 2 weeks to get my sunglasses. I got them before the two weeks. When I picked them up I was assisted by Cynthia, she maid sure my glasses fit me perfect and that I was happy with them. She offered to have my lenses replaced with the original ones if I ever wanted to used them without prescription. I got a free cleaning kit with my sunglasses as well, which was awesome! I love this place. I've been going since I was a kid and now with all the new doctors and the new staff getting new glasses is a lot easier and the wait time is a lot shorter. Just last month I went in to order a new pair of glasses and thankfully the staff was patient with me. A few of the staff even took the time to help me pick a pair that I felt I looked great with. Well yesterday I went back in because my glasses were broken and I needed to get them fixed ASAP. Well it was about 15 min to closing time and I met with one of the staff in the repairs by the name of Sara and explained what had happened. She told me she would speak to her manager and see what they could do. Well not even 5 minutes later she returned with what I thought was my pair all fixed up, but no even better. What happened to my glasses was covered under their warranty so they were able to place my lenses into brand new frames. I was so grateful to CV Optometry because their warranty saved me $200, that would have been the cost of a new pair of glasses for myself. read more

I have been going to CV optometry for years. myself and my four children. we have had the pleasure of having Tyler Horton as our optometrist. He is very professional , explains everything to us in depth, and answers all of our questions we may have. The one thing I can say that i am most appreciative of , and the reason why i will not go elsewhere for optometry needs is that I have a child with autism and he is also non verbal , not only did Dr. Horton remember him but he always makes it super easy and fun for my son to feel comfortable to get his eye exam done without my son feeling overstimulated . I love bringing my whole family here . I've developed relationships with Griselda and Sara as well and they are just as amazing! Took my son for his first eye exam. He was afraid the eye doctor was going to give him a shot! (Remember he is only 4) The staff was amazing with him. By the time he saw the optometrist he was so excited. They really made it a fun and positive experience for him. He did need glasses, but they were careful to make sure it was the correct prescription. We were able to try on several pairs of glasses to find the right suit for him. The staff even went to the back and grabbed a few others they thought might be a good suit for him! They told me it would be about 2 weeks for the frames to come in. I received a call about 4 days later that they were in. Not only great service, but efficient as well! Amazing experience for a first timer! read more

Great Services, good people. Specially a young lady that was very helpful with my husband and my daughter I believe her name is Cynthia and she was very easy to talk to and also the rest of the staff. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and are very helping when you're not sure what looks good on you. The staff is eager to help and they are always attentive to your needs. It just proves that they have well trained and experienced people there. Customer service is always great! It's a well trusted place. This establishment is actively practicing racial prejudice against blacks. They go out of their way to separate biracial married persons. They apply bullying and refuse service to biracial married persons unless the black person stays outside of the establishment. We have visited this establishment and found Dr Zaw to be negative and opinionated . They do not want black people in their busi. read more
