Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this place. Let's break it down. I got the sirloin steak (it was a little over cooked I wanted it medium and it was more medium well but it wasn't horrible) I was able to choose 2 sides so I went with loaded mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I would have preferred a loaded baked potato but I get why they don't have them this town is small so maybe they don't get enough people wanting them. Not sure but it overall was pretty good. Take out order was placed with a very pleasant young lady. Pick up was easy. Once again, very pleasant. Lower health rating. Food was mediocre. Two chicken tender plates with fries/slaw. Okay. Chicken quesadilla wasn't worth the money. Hard, crunchy tortilla and one section of the quesadilla barely had any cheese in it and no chicken. Fresh tomatoes/lettuce/red onion. Went on a Saturday night and it was a 30 minute wait so we went to the bar to have a drink. Bars seats were about 1/2 filled. We are sensitive to staffing issues but we waited a little under 10 minutes and the Bartender walked by us numerous times and never greeted us or said "I'll be with you in a few minutes". The SG were lovely hot - just enough to tingle the lips. The "medium" were less hot & had a vinegarish flavor. We liked the homemade chips but would have liked them a little more crisp. The slaw was good but a little wet. Draft beers but no craft beers. I got a bottle of Yeungling IPL which I hadn't tried before. Not bad. We waited 10 minutes while the waitresses decided who was coming to clean it. As we were thinking about leaving, they finally came. We finally got to order, while our waitress played around with someone she knew at the next table. After about 45 minutes our waitress came and asked us what we had ordered. I finally got a burger after an hour. They got my wife's order wrong but she ate it anyway. We also had to ask for water refills 3 times before she finally brought it. The burger was cold, and my fries were under cooked. Dont go to Coach's if you are in a hurry or if you are looking for good food. The waitresses are terrible. read more

This is some of the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. My cousin and I went here on a Sunday at about 3:00, when we went in we weren't greeted at all by any servers. It wasn't busy at all and it took about 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge we were there. After she came over she was immediately disrespectful towards us. We put up with it, but when our food came out it was cold. We went to put some ranch in a cup and the entire bottle exploded due to the fact that the cap was only halfway on. We had to have a waitress from a different table go get our waitress because she had not came back out since she brought our food, it took her 5 minutes to come acknowledge the huge mess. When the waitress finally came over to clean it she rolled her eyes and picked up the cap without caring and flung it all over me, and didn't even acknowledge it. We continued to eat even though our food was cold, and we were given 2 cups of small ranch to share between the two of us because "there's no more full bottles" we were about to leave and my cousin noticed that there was a long black hair in his onion rings, and it had been cooked with the food. I am very dissatisfied with the service we received today and disappointed in the server for her lack of customer service (we weren't checked on once after our food was brought out), and disrespectful attitude towards us. read more

We went with a party of six. We have been there before as it is a convenient location to meet although we knew the food was only tolerable. The service was a bit slow and the food was mediocre (the macaroni and cheese I ordered I could not eat because it tasted like watered down Velvetta cheese poured on top of a small amount of macaroni). The place was disgustingly dirty. The floor (I'm not exaggerating) could not possibly have been thoroughly cleaned for a month - probably much more . My shoes along with my friend's shoes actually stuck to the floor. I can only assume the kitchen is not any cleaner. I am in my 60s and this was the dirtiest eat-in restaurant I have ever been in. read more

I have dined on several occasions at this restaurant and was pleased up until now. Upon receipt of our order I found my side of "baked" beans was near or below room temperature. After waiting a few minutes for our waitress (Kaitlyn)) to check on us I made two attempts to get the attention of other wait staff. On a third attempt I flagged down another waitress. I told her of my issue and she took the beans back. After 10 minutes I finished my burger and was still waiting on my beans to return. No sign of our waitress. We had ran out of water, which had not been refilled since we were served. There were no more than 8 tables of people in the restaurant and at least 2 waitresses plus a hostess. After sitting with my empty glass on the edge of my table (highly visible) for some time I began looking to cut our losses and get the check, when our waitress appears and fills our water. I told her that I had to flag down another waitress to send back my cold beans, which had not been brought back. I pointed out that we had sat with empty glasses for a while and that she had not checked on us at all. I asked for the check and told her that this was the sorriest service I had gotten. I got my check and paid it. I am not going into how it was about 64 degrees in the building since we overheard someone say the heat was broke. My wife and I just left the Coach's in Biscoe. We have been there several times in the past. I am very disappointed with this trip. This time I ordered the ribeye steak, where I usually get a burger. I asked the waitress how the steaks are and she stated that people talk good about them. My wife ordered the boneless wings. There were two people that came in after us, and placed their order well after us. They got their food, ate it, and left before our food came. When our food came, the steak was very small and did not look right, I mentioned this to the waitress and she took the steak back to he kitchen. She cam back and informed me that the cook cooked the wrong steak and would cook me another one. He cooked a sirlion, instead of the ribeye. If he does not know the difference, how can he cook it? My wifes food was very good, and then I started the wait for mine to return. She finished her food and I still waied on mine, keep in mind that it was not busy, just out table and two other tables, not counting the one that left, as mentioned above. She cam by and told me that the staek was done, but that they were cooking some fresh chips. The steak came and looked like a very cheap cut of meat, alott of fat on it. The chips were very soggy, and had no crisp to them. The steak had a good taste to it, just aloott of fat, maybe 4oz or so, on a 12oz steak. The homemade chip were terrible. The waitress came back and asked how things were I told her, that I was disappointed, and would not order the steak, she stated that she had not tried it, I informed her at 17.99, it was not worth trying. She stated that she would mention this to the people in the back. She returned to the table and told me there response was "eehh, its a steak" I did not send the first steak back, she took it, so they had no reason to be upset with me. I paid the full price, did not ask for anything, and left the waitress a good tip. Like I said before this was not our first trip to this Coach's, but it will be the last.....
