The omelette was tasty and not greasy, delish Gravy was tasty. Our first time here for breakfast we usually do lunch or dinner .

Great homestyle food with great service. You'll get more than your money worth here. Lots of parking. Especially if you're pulling a camper or large trailer. Huge double lot. Easy access from the highway, just off the 4 lane. CASH ONLY. ATM on site.

Cute country diner. We will return on a future road trip on Interstate 73/74. The Pecan Pie was delicious. The baker used real butter. The men's bathroom was filthy and needs a total gut job.

The Fried Chicken was awful - dry, no freshness - out of the kitchen in about 5 minutes!

We've eaten here more than a few times over the years, usually with a satisfactory ending, but not on our latest visit, and it most certainly will be our last visit. When we walked in, two rather sloppily dressed waitresses were talking loudly with a customer at the counter. We found a clean table, several desperately needed cleaning, and seated ourselves. We waited, and they continued talking, and talking - finally I got up and walked over to where they kept the menus, and got us a couple. Finally, the loudest of the 2 waitress came over, and ask what we'd like to drink, and we ordered tea. She then proceeded to clean two tables before heading back to fix the tea! Finally the tea arrived and we placed our orders - Fried Chicken for Alice, Fried Pork Chops for me. The food was out in just over 5 minutes, obviously not cooked to order! The Fried Chicken, which we'd really enjoyed before was horrible - don't know what day it was cooked, but it was several days before we got there. The pork chop was not bad, but also had not been cooked to order, reheated most likely! The Mac & Cheese was probably Kraft's, the Limas and Corn lacked freshness and seasoning. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the best part of the meal. We did end the meal on a better note, finishing with Cherry Ice Cream, made down the road at Chappell's. The food was generally bad, the service was every bit its equal. The place was very noisy, and half way though our meal, a clown came out of the kitchen and dropped a tray of silverware - they all cackled loudly about it for 5 minutes. Return visit is not gonna happen!

My personal favorite thing to order here is their excellent cobb salad. I'm not a fan of bleu cheese, so I swap that out in favor of another type, usually sharp white cheddar. Never a problem. It's a nice big bowl, and comes with just the right amount of dressing to add flavor to everything without being over-dressed. The ingredients here are always fresh and crisp, and you typically won't wait more than 10 minutes for everything to be ready. Stock and Grain itself provides a very comfortable environment to enjoy your choices, no matter who you purchase from. Or if you are like me... you buy from a few spots. Enjoy!

Located right by the door in the Stock and Grain food hall, this is a must visit spot! I opted for the Cobb salad, which they knocked out of the park. The bowl was filled to the brim, and it just with lettuce. They were very generous with the toppings and their salad is fantastic. The cashier was very fry, offering a few suggestions, and getting our order out quickly. This is a great spot to pick up something fresh with plenty of healthier I, yet tasty options. I feel bad we waited so long to visit again, but I'm sure we'll be back again soon to try some of the other items from their menu!

The setup is counter service, with a handful of premade salads and bowls on the menu, or you can build your own. The build-your-own option starts at $12.99 and includes your base, five toppings, one crunchy/dry topping, and dressing. Proteins are extra and range from about $4.25-$6.50, with options including tofu, shrimp, chicken, steak, and tuna. I opted for a build-your-own bowl with chicken, which came out to just under $20 before tip. At first, that felt a little pricey to me, but the portion size was absolutely massive. Honestly, it was large enough to easily make two meals, which made the value feel much better. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and even let me sample three different dressings before deciding. I also appreciated that you can get your dressing on the side if you prefer. All 3 I tried were good, but all very different, and I'm glad I had a chance to try them! One thing to note is that it was fairly warm inside the business, which gave me a little pause considering it's a salad-focused concept. That said, everything tasted fresh and high quality. There were only two employees working during my visit on a Wednesday around 6:30, and with about 4-5 people ahead of me, it took around 20 minutes to place my order, get my bowl made, and check out. The staff was working hard, and being incredibly helpful, but if you're in a hurry, just plan accordingly. Overall, I'd definitely return. It's nice to have a quality salad option at Boxyard, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was helpful and kind. Just be prepared that there may be a bit of a wait and to spend around $20 if you're adding protein (but you can easily share or make two meals from it!!!) My picture doesn't do the size justice I promise!

I reviewed the menu then ended up ordering the Cole Special Dipper (turkey, bacon crumbs, and melted American cheese) on wheat roll with Formula "45." My meal came out quickly and I was it was clear why. I was just underwhelmed by sandwich. I'm not sure if it was possible, but I would have liked lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. I also was surprised that the Formula 45 sauce came on the side. I though when I was choosing it that meant it came on the sandwich. I suppose the positive is that I was able to dip my sandwich and my chips in it. The good news it that the sauce was delicious. Maybe the highlight of the meal. The conversation coming from the kitchen kinda negatively impacted the experience. They were plenty loud talking about all sorts of stuff that probably would be rated R if it had been a movie. I'm not a prude, but just left a negative impression. All in all, it was fine. If I went back, I'd maybe try one of their salads.

With tip I think the total was around $17. That was a touch more expensive than I was expecting especially with just a bag of chips on the side. The sandwich was good. Between the blue cheese and the ranch it was really creamy and most of the toppings slide off with the second bite. I don't mind a mess though!
