Overpriced, Unprofessional, and Zero Real Inspection! I had a section of lights go out and come back on their own, so I called this company expecting a proper electrical inspection of my attic and wiring. Instead, the electrician spent 45 minutes fumbling with a switch, didn't even go into the attic, and had no plan after checking the breakers. I literally had to tell him which outlet might be the problem. At one point, I saw a light flash and told him to try again--he did, and finally said, "I think the wire is loose." He opened the switch, used my own cable stripper (because he didn't even bring one!), and simply tightened the screw. The entire fix took 10 minutes. Then I was charged $285, with them saying "Saturday is expensive"--even though they never mentioned any extra weekend fee upfront! I feel completely ripped off and misled. If you're looking for professional, thorough, and fairly priced service, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. This was the worst electrician experience I've ever had. I found the electric circuit were not working on the out side of my house. I put a request in to Yelp to connect with some of their electricians. Cecil came out and gave a huge amount of valuable advice and general pricing on some older wiring headaches I have. We don't have knob and tubing, but close... Cecil was very honest and explained until we had the electric company come out and do a site inspection on what they would accept, he can't give a hard quote. He gave me a lot of ideas on what makes sense, time lines, and general costs. This way I can prioritize. I appreciate how his approach minimized the time the unit would have no power, as well as making the best use of existing wiring. Running all new wire would dramatically increase the cost.
