Because I had no credit every other dealership I went to turned me down. Then I called Exclusive and spoke with Cedric and asked if they work with people that has no credit, and his response was "Yes we work with people that has all types of credit" from there I was like YES! He asked if I could come in today (him not knowing I was already in route to him lol). I walk in, well my boyfriend and I and customer service was GREAT the moment we hit the door! We sat down and spoke with Cedric he asked what was I interested in I told him.....he ran everything through and told me what was going on. Unfortunately I couldn't get the car I wanted, but at the end of it all I did get a VERY GOOD deal! I still left with a 2012 Honda Accord that had less than 40k miles! Throughout the whole process they were very professional (that's a HUGE plus for me) and very hilarious. They're nice down to earth people. We had to go back for some paper work a few times and every time we came in it was like we were family. They remembered our names every time we walked in. I never had a bad moment when I stepped into Exclusive Motor Cars. We'd just stay and visit just for conversation with them all. I've never been this pleased and comfortable with a business like I was with them ever! I'm so thankful for them!

I contacted the bank that finances me and they said the vehicle information they sent was incorrect. I called dealer the manager Chris swore ro me that everything was ok. Car has been on my insurance for 3 days. Still waiting on vehicle after being lied to for two days about this vehicle. Point blank this vehicle doesn't exist it was already sold to someone else. The bank had already I formed me that they sent them the wrong info also finance informed me that it was the wrong vehicle so now they want to throw me in a burgundy truck with more miles. When I have been lied to for 2 days. Please dont apologize for the bad experience no need also will be sharing with BBB because I have never experienced Anything like this. North Point Car Care gave a fair estimate but the selling point for me was that they offered to work on it right away so that I could get ready for my trip. They didn't try to up-sell on any "extra work", but did point out things for me to keep an eye on that may be needed in the future. This was a great help. The owners are so friendly that after the work was done, I hung around because we were too busy talking about cars, custom work, and just having a general conversation. Highly Recommended!
