I found the staff - and Sonny in particular - to be extremely honest, open and helpful in discussing the van I was interested in . . . . . and did I say, I was calling from South Carolina (some 500 miles away!). They worked with me in getting the vehicle inspected which revealed that it was in better shape than what the Internet listing had alluded to and then coordinated a time when I could come up and pick it up. The process from beginning to end went extremely smoothly and even after returning home to SC and finding an issue, they were more than willing to make things right which went far and above my expectations. I wish I was closer to Country Club Cars because my daughter will be looking for a car soon and I would have no qualms getting one for her from this landmark dealership. If you want a quality used car which will save you money and has been checked out mechanically, make sure Country Club Cars is at the top of your shopping list! Old fashioned is not the image that most businesses want to be perceived as but in the case of Country Club Cars, the moniker "old fashioned" reflects upon the way they do business and treat customers . . . . something all too many businesses have forgotten today.

I noticed the owners son was acting funny, hovering over my relative as she signed the paperwork, but did not think much about it. The next day a check engine light came on. I called them and they told me the car was sold as is with no warranty. I looked at the paperwork and sure enough that is what it said. After thinking about the transaction we realized that the son used his hand to cover up the top of the form that said "As Is" when it was being signed. I specifically remember him telling her about the warranty as she signed the paperwork. I went back to confront the father and son liar and cheater combo. As I walked in I saw the son sneaking out the back door of the office. The father lied and said he was not there. At this point I took great pleasure in reciting scriptures from The Bible. This father should be ashamed of how he is raising his son. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money some place else. These scumbags are not worth your business.

Only the offer for extended warranty. Out the door (no financing cost) would be $3k over the top of Kelly blue book. And over $1k the sticker price after taxes and fees not required by law. After walking away and contemplation, I reached out again and the sales person has not responded to me, even after asking me to let her know what I decided.
