    I've gone to these guys for multiple installations for my 2016 mustang. They do great work ! Also being open on Saturday is a great plus

    I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. They go the extra mile to keep their customers happy! We have purchased 5 cars from them and recommend several others to buy from them. We always return to them for regular service, it's worth the drive! All those who work there show they care. Our service advisor, Kenneth Hooper, is just a phone call away to help. When there for service he provides updates on the vehicle. This is in addition to the display showing progress of every car being serviced located in the comfortable waiting room.     After performing a serpentine belt replacement and a recall fix on my Elantra the Jones Hyundai…read moremechanic left a small (3 inch?) screwdriver standing vertically inside a hollow of the battery so that when he closed the car hood the screwdriver punctured a hole in the battery. I discovered this today when I took my car to have the oil changed. Standing with the mechanic as he opened the hood I saw something that looked like a small pen sticking out of the battery. He explained what it was and that he couldn't do anything to fix it without replacing the battery. Not only was this dangerous (leaking battery acid), but Jones Hyundai service manager and his boss insist that replacing the battery for free meant they didn't owe me a refund for faulty service that was a danger to me (I've been driving around in a car that has been leaking battery acid) and has caused me to lose a day of work. As I explained to the rude service manager and his rude boss as they stood over me, I refuse to pay for a poorly performed service. If they wish to charge me for the part, I'm in agreement, but I want a credit for the labor. We'll see...the charge has been disputed.

    My 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, which has been in the possession of Jones Junction service department…read moresince February 17, 2026. As of today I remain without my vehicle, and there has been no clear, consistent, or accurate communication regarding its diagnosis or repair. This situation has moved beyond a routine delay and now reflects a breakdown in service management, communication, and accountability. Summary of Key Facts: My vehicle was brought in on February 17 for a misfire issue (engine light on, suspected spark plug concern). I maintain an extended warranty through CarShield. In early April, I approved the transfer of my vehicle to Volkswagen for further diagnostic evaluation after your team was unable to identify the issue. I was repeatedly told your team was "waiting on Volkswagen." However, on April 15, I directly contacted Volkswagen and confirmed: Volkswagen has already communicated required next diagnostic steps to your management team. The vehicle requires an advanced diagnostic teardown (2-3 hours, approx. $700). Volkswagen is currently waiting on authorization from your dealership to proceed. Additionally, on April 15, CarShield confirmed: They are awaiting contact from your team to proceed under the existing claim. These findings directly contradict the information I have been given by your staff. Financial Impact: Due to the extended delay and lack of support: I have been in a rental vehicle for over 30 days at $30/day (exceeding $900 and increasing). I haven't been informed who's gonna to be financially responsible for this as up-to-date. which still has not been direct answer. At no point has your team clearly addressed responsibility for these expenses. Immediate Action Required: I am requesting the following within 24 hours of receipt of this email: A clear, step-by-step action plan to complete diagnostic and repair. Confirmation of who will authorize and pay for the Volkswagen diagnostic breakdown. A firm timeline for repair completion. I have remained patient and proactive throughout this process. It is unacceptable that I have had to personally coordinate communication between your dealership, Volkswagen, and CarShield to obtain accurate information. Kia/Jones Kia performed multiple services on my 2021…read moreSeltos, then produced wildly inconsistent multipoint inspections only one week and ~650 miles apart--items marked "OK" suddenly labeled urgent, which is impossible in that timeframe. I believe the inspection results were fraudulent. I've repeatedly contacted the service manager and district manager with no response. This completely erodes trust in Kia service.
