Had a blast from two lessons with Aaron learning to Kayak. One of the sessions was the rescue clinic -learning to get myself or another back in a kayak while in the water. Super fun time learning helpful skills. The location in Beverly is easy to find, easy parking, and on very clam waters. Highly recommend to anyone curious to learn kayaking! read more

Ashley and Aaron are the best! Their passion, enthusiasm, knowledge and great attitude is what keeps us coming back weekly. This is our second season SUPaddling with Coast to coast and we always have a blast! We have also taken ocean kayaking lesson, did Paddle & Picnic adventure and are looking forward to sunrise paddle! They also offer SUP Pilates, Yoga, Barre and boot camps, all of that on the ocean, how fun! The SUP boards are new and great quality and the Beverly cove is a great location to explore. Paddling with Coast to Coast was a blast! The Beverly location was easy to find and convenient to downtown. We booked the Happy Paddle which included a short lesson and one hour of paddling. If you would like to have an amazing experience paddling, these guys are the best. We walked into their shop and was greeted by Ashley, who is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We met Aaron on the beach and he gave us some useful tips, showed us the boards and made certain we felt very comfortable before he let us paddle off. They provide amazing new paddle boards and kayaks, give a wonderful demo and answer any questions that we had. This is a great company. Three friends rented SUP boards on a Sat. They were right on the beach in Beverly. They were flexible with our start time and gave us some tips on paddling and how far to go. The boards were in great condition. They also had waist flotation devices to avoid having to wear life jackets. An enjoyable morning. Highly recommend. read more

We had an amazing group private yoga SUP session with Cynthia. Everything felt very safe and it was wonderful to be out on the water and enjoying yoga in the sunshine! Cynthia did a great job of taking us through a yoga practice that was suitable for all levels and showing modifications for people in our group with injuries. My girlfriend is an avid surfer and has been learning stand-up paddleboarding (renting from local places with plan to buy) and I've been kayaking for years and similarly wanting to get further into it and buy my own. (we recently moved to the North Shore from Boston) So, stopped in and the shop is pretty simply set up. They have a number of paddleboards along the walls and kayaks set up on the floor. We ended up chatting with the owner, who was a really nice guy. We talked about places to surf, paddleboard, and kayak around the north shore. We talked about what to look for when thinking about buying both. Set up a time to kayak (they leave from Independence Park in Beverly, not far away) and he was there with the kayaks early. He was early to pick us up. Prices were totally on par with the local places (Salem, Manchester, Swampscott). The kayaks had no problems and he spent time going over safety stuff and how to use them. Independence park was a nice little park with beach. We spent 2 hours kayaking along the coast, realizing that Beverly is full of little parks with little beaches. It was quite nice. The boaters were all friendly. Also the bay was full of other kayakers and paddleboarders (it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon). We really liked the company, the owner, the area, and plan to go back. read more

Emailed the company on a Sunday about a Monday one hour kayak rental. Responded within a few hours and the plans were made. I enjoyed a one hour solo kayak ride around independence park and Dane street beach in Beverly on a September afternoon. Very excited to kayak again soon. We rented two kayaks over Memorial Day weekend at the Salem Willows. It was half priced, which brought it to $10 an hour per person. We just signed a waiver and were sent off! What more can you ask from a company? I wouldn't pay full price of $20 an hour, but will keep an eye out for more deals. read more
