The bagels are more bready, almost a roll not a ring anymore and the amount of toppings were almost nonexistent. The everything bagels had very little toppings and the sesame seed bagels had almost no seeds. When I first started going there for bagels the bagels were covered with toppings on both sides making it hard to tell the top from the bottom. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, they open very early and sell out of some bagels so it's a good idea to get there early.

The tour was above and beyond what we expected! Our tour guide, Susie, was absolutely fantastic. She knew everything and anything about the history of the brewery and the science behind it all. She was so enthusiastic and a genuine joy to spend the hour with! Our tour got to go up in the treehouse and that was very neat! After the tour (and a little bit during) we tasted many beers that are not available to the general public. It's pretty obvious why this brewery is so popular - all of their beers, even the ones you may not gravitate towards (for us, dark beers) are smooth and well balanced. There are plenty of tables inside and outside and some snacky food options. They have corn hole set up as well.
