So, with the cream of the Hollandaise and the sweetness of the Jam, and it all being way too much..... I could not taste the spinach, nor the avocado, and nor the yolk, which was such a pity because those are all incredible flavours in their own right. Sadly, the amount of Jam and Sauce macheted its way through more than half the flavour profile this dish could've had.
