She didn't ask for my name to look up my case or anything. I am very disappointed that they were so rude and unhelpful. I have to either rent a machine or buy one. I am 71 years old and have central sleep apnea from a stroke. I am on Medicare and can't afford either option. I worked in sales for half of my life and if I answered the phone I would do anything in my power to help my customer.
