Owner is super friendly, professional, and knowlegable. He's a pro at vision insurance and sorting out how to make sure your order is covered. On site eye exam as well. At this time she is on my Pacific Source network. Assistant Megan (sp?) was thorough and proficient. Dr. McChesney pleasant and professional. The front office staff was professional and courteous. Waiting room was fabulous, plenty of seating. Husband recently spent a week in Providence Seaside OR - admitted through ER and transferred to ICU…read more- with persistent atrial fibrillation/congestive heart failure. ER staff were very efficient. What made his stay bearable was the ICU staff and we want to give them a SHOUT-OUT! Each and every one of the nurses, doctors and support staff was exemplary . . . dedicated, talented, creative, humorous, caring. Unknown to us at the time, depression can come hand-in-hand with Afib! The ICU staff individually and together as a collective made the stay tolerable and likely saved my husband's mental health!!! We feel extraordinarily blessed!!! During that stay we learned quite a lot, including how short-staffed their cardiology team is. Makes a significant difference on treatment options!

I was called into an exam room even before finishing. Saw the doctor after nurse took vitals. Diagnosed issue as a pinched nerve and began treatment. They continued to check on me and adjust as needed. Everything was explained and I was given follow up instructions. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The entire experience was great - which meant so much more after I spent more than 2 hours at another hospital's urgent care in the afternoon and was never treated, never saw a doctor and the only medical staff I did see acted like he didn't want to be there. And, this was not because the waiting room was full. Unless 3 patients were overwhelming. This was not my first good experience here. A number of years ago my wife needed care late at night. Staff then was pleasant, efficient and took care of her. This visit I learned they also have an urgent care clinic. That's where I will go next timer it's needed!

Had a long standing appointment for today at 10:40 AM. I received a text this morning at 7:34 AM…read morereminding me of the appointment. Left the house for the appointment at around 9 AM. Received a voice mail at 9:13 telling me that they had canceled the appointment. I didn't find out that the appointment was cancelled until I was in the office and was told by the staff that my appointment was canceled because the referral from the VA has expired. I specifically remember at my initial appointment when Todd Williams mentioned that he wanted me back in 6 months to recheck the area on my back that he did a biopsy on, that I would probably need a new referral. He told me then that it wasn't necessary, that they would take care of that. What a colossal screw up and a waste of 2 hours of my time, not to mention the fuel expended on the 50 mile round trip.
