I was given a four hour window and I was notified how many people were ahead of me. I received a call from the delivery person that the would be arriving at a certain time and they did. They uninstalled my old appliances, assembled the new appliance pedestals and hoses and installed all. The tested for water leaks and made sure the dryers heater initiated.
