After my BMW was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light, they completed the repairs and returned the car to me--delivered by tow truck--with suspension damage still present and a brake warning light illuminated on the dashboard. They claimed the issue was "prior wear and tear," despite the rear strut moving nearly three inches from the mount--making the vehicle undriveable. Car has not moved for 2 months since Classic Collision repaired it. Farmers Insurance, of course, denied responsibility for completing the necessary repairs. A body shop shoul advocate for you--the customer--not the insurance company. Please, for your own peace of mind and safety, find another shop.
