Steve and the coastal crew did an extraordinary Great job on our house. We ended up going with the full-service the works where we got our roof pressure washed our solar panels cleaned and the house pressure washed as well with the window cleaning inside and outside with the screens and tracks and sills. First, I would like to say how much I appreciated the promptness of Steve. He was immediate in getting back to me with my initial questions and, I must add, very polite and professional. Steve and his crew were very accommodating with the time as I needed to change it to an earlier time and it was no problem. They arrived on time, were very nice and professional in person just as Steve was on the phone. That being said, the work they did was top notch. They had my windows, sliders and screens squeaky clean. Last minute I asked him to clean a deck that was greenish from the elements of the ocean and once again it was no problem. I had not had my windows cleaned in 5 years (sorry Steve : ) but that was okay too. I felt I the price was right. I needed a deep clean after going through an eviction process with a previous tenant. Hello! I'm not a big reviewer but thought this one was worth it! Contacted multiple window cleaning services including Coastal. Right out of the gate, Steve was the first one to reply in a timely manner. We were able to communicate back-and-forth soon after, (although I found out that part of the time he must've been on a roof of a home)! He still answered all of my questions and asked many questions about my home to give me a very accurate quote. He was so accommodating and right away I could tell he was such a nice man. He gave me a very competitive quote. I heard from several companies after contacting him so I know this to be true. He came out at the appointment time we had established. He did fantastic work and in such a short amount of time! I had just moved into this house and my windows were absolutely filthy. I couldn't see out of the windows! He cleaned inside and out and the tracks upstairs and down as well as the dust filled screens. While he was here I had also decided on an additional service and that was to power wash my patio. He did that and it came out so clean and took some, what I thought were stains, out of the concrete. My windows are absolutely stunning! Forget the privacy, I have my window coverings wide open just to see all the green outside my beautiful clear shiny windows. At one point when he was cleaning I thought the window was open. Anyway I was ever so pleased to find an honest hard-working nice guy to come out and make my home more and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Steve and this company.
